Located in Apex, NC, my state-of-the-art equipment will test your cardiovascular fitness level, resting metabolic rate, and measure the calories your body is burning. I put the science behind your exercise so that you’re not aimlessly training. I understand the importance of staying healthy and exercising regularly. My fitness services will motivate you to get in the best shape, no matter what your physical condition is. I am a certified trainer and have years of experience. A few months ago, I joined Body by Dawn, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I wasn’t looking for a traditional gym experience. I wanted something that would challenge me, offer variety with a focus on strength training, fit my schedule, foster a true sense of community, feel personal and personalized, and help me shift my mindset and habits around health.

I’ve found all of that here—and more. Body by Dawn is exceeding my expectations. Dawn and her team of trainers are incredible. I’ve never felt this strong, or this consistently motivated.

If you are looking for a fitness program that is more than just a workout- Body By Dawn is it. I can't recommend Body by Dawn's bootcamp classes highly enough. One of the best parts is the community - from the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and challenged in the best way possible.

Dawn and her team bring an incredible mix of energy, experience, and empathy to every session. Whether you're a beginner just getting started (like I was 2 yrs ago) or someone looking to push past a plateau (like I am now), Dawn and her instructors meet you where you are - and then help you grow. Every class is different, carefully planned to target strength, cardio and endurance with plenty of options for modifications. If you happen to be traveling or find yourself tight on time, classes are also offered via zoom.. The gym has state-of-art equipment and 24 hr access available. Dawn has covered all the bases to enable you to get your workouts in.

Dawn is not only an amazing trainer with years of experience, but also a true coach who focuses on ensuring her clients maintain good form during workouts and who cares deeply about helping them reach their goals.

I have been participating in Dawn's Bootcamp for a little over a year. I really appreciate the variety of workouts Dawn schedules throughout the week. The workouts are pretty intense, but she has helped with identifying some modifications for my joint issues. Her gym is clean with a great variety of equipment. The other Bootcamp participants are friendly and non-judgmental. The upbeat music helps mask my moans and groans. I have gained strength and significantly improved my cardiovascular stamina. I would highly recommend Body by Dawn's gym and Bootcamp.

Great workouts leading to great results. I am 43 and have done all the big box gyms, trendy studios, home videos and apps but have never felt as good as I do today after going to Dawn for just 4 months. Whether you are doing a personal training session or a boot camp, Dawn will make sure you are getting the most out of your workout. She is a very well known trainer in the triangle/Apex area. Bootcamp with Dawn is great. She will definitely push you to be better and not give up on yourself. She's not overbearing and will give you encouragement to keep going and get better. The environment is good, everyone there working together and pushing each other. Judgment free zone to just get in better shape and live healthier. I joined Dawn’s bootcamp several years ago when the trainer I was working out with abruptly left the gym. I didn’t know what to expect. Quickly I realized that it was going to be a much tougher workout than I was accustomed to! She pushed me much harder than I realized I could go. As a distance runner and soccer player, I have seen improvements in my speed, agility, and endurance. Dawn fosters a supportive environment in her bootcamp which leads to healthy competition and comradery. I have also subscribed to her meal planning options and have seen amazing results by following the plans she provided. I can’t imagine ever quitting her bootcamp class—it has become an integral part of my life!

I had never done a boot camp or any kind of group fitness class before and had the common anxieties over whether I would be able to keep up or do the "hard" exercises. I am beyond glad that I gave the Body by Dawn boot camp a try. I have been going for about a year and it has made such a difference. These classes have made me a better long-distance runner and so much stronger and better conditioned overall. And Dawn has great modifications if you are dealing with injuries. There is so much variety in the boot camp classes, too, which makes it fun and challenging. If you are looking to get in shape or to add some variety to your workouts, I highly recommend Body by Dawn.

Super workout place and committed/dedicated owner. Not only does Dawn own the gym, she also teaches the classes and does the personal training. The classes are solid workouts and applicable to all individual fitness goals. If you are training for a race, a healthy life, leaning down or just like the group fitness workout, this is a great place.
Regarding PT, Dawn does an outstanding job of training the individual for results and based on the individual goals. Highly recommend!!!

Loving this boot camp! Every day has been different which has helped me stay motivated. Felt welcome right away too. Lots of attention paid to proper form to avoid injury. Clean gym, super friendly people, and challenging workout. People of all fitness levels are working out together...Dawn's really good at showing modifications. No contract and reasonable pricing made it easy for me to decide to go. :)
