I agree. You can use chalk and don't need to be afraid of making noise. I'll never understand why some other gyms have issue with that, training can be noisy sometimes. There are also large tires outside for flipping as well as some bands, chains, a safety squat bar, trap bar, and two new squat racks.

What a gym should be. No TV's on the wall. No fruit or snack bar. No one standing around trying to sell you anything. Dropping weights and loud grunts acceptable. Robbie, the owner, is a great guy with a life of experience within the industry. Personal training also available.

Older equipment but the place is a great value and a hidden "gem". MMA classes upstairs owned by different people . owner of bodyquest is extremely friendly and helpful .
