Very nice course. The price is very reasonable. As with most golf courses the sand traps can use some attention. Other than that fun course.

The golf course is in good condition however no one monitors the players. The staff allows certain people to pay cheaper prices and sometimes not pay at all. As for the pro shop itβs in great condition. However, the only one Portable restroom on the whole golf course has been damaged for the last couple of months and not fixed. The service is not good for $46 per round if youβre not a member. And if you are a member for $50 a month itβs not even worth it because the cart fee is $20 and if itβs on the weekends, the cart fee is $25 . The golf carts are in terrible condition again I have no complaints with the actual course. The grounds crew I think is doing a great job, but the hospitality really needs an improvement and for the price things need to change comparing the price of Other city golf courses in North Carolina Bradford Creek charges way too much for what it has to offer the city of Greenville really needs to fix this.

We went out for a late morning, nine holes. It was fun. The course was well-maintained, the rough is brutal. You have to be standing right over your ball to find it so make sure you pay attention. my only complaint was we had singles and doubles behind us hitting into us and almost playing speedball. Not sure if these guys know what proper etiquette is on the course but they need a refresher. Staff was great helpful courteous. Will definitely play again.

Tons of issues here. #1 is that the guy at the clubhouse is ignoring the phone. More often than not, thereβs some sort of private event going on restricting public play (on the public golf course). Good luck getting absolutely any concrete information about whether or not you can go (and pay way too much) to play. If you manage to get out on the course, youβre gonna need to play the fastest round of your life to get the Marshall out of your hair. Rarely a relaxing experience here.

You wonβt find another public course in as good a condition as this one. From the fairways to the greens, the maintenance crew has done a bang-up job bringing this course into the best playable condition. Itβs just a truly enjoyable course to play.

Iβve played this course 3 times, every time after the 1st I tried to give it one last chance. The tee boxes are horribly maintained. The fairways are not maintained properly. The greens are either ice skating rinks or swamps. If you go in a bunker, bring some Bug Off because youβll be attacked if there isnβt standing water in it. The price does not match the quality of this course when there are cheaper and better maintained courses than here.

I moved to Greenville from MA in October 2023. I golfed every course in 30 mile radius before I hit Bradford Creek because some of the bad reviews caused me to hold off. Well, to say the least I was dead wrong. Ive probably golfed at 50-60 different golf courses in my 20 years of golfing and after the first round here I was addicted. I paid for around 12 rounds until one of the friendly proshop guys were like βMan you have to be a member by nowβ To become a member with unlimited golf its about 1/3 of the price of all the other clubs around here. The people that work here are awesome! I hear new management took over about a year before I golfed there and all the complaints from 2022 and before are from the last golf co. That probably didnt make it through the pandemic. This ones a sleeper! And all the recent complaints are about them watering the grass too much but we are basically in a drought this year. It is an easier course but as a true golfer I can't seem to break 80 yet. Also, the kids that work there are younger and have way more important things to do at dusk than track down grouchy golfers at dusk. Keep doing what your doing and kill em with kindness! This is the peoples course!

Course is in excellent shape, considering the little amount of rain our region of North Carolina has received. The clubhouse staff and the Assistant turf manager have been excellent to get to know, they tell you where it might be a little wet and where it could be dry and white holes could potentially be faster on the greens because of current conditions. This course has come a long way and it is because of the current leadership and it is appreciated by Greenville residence who love to play at The creek.

I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt a few times now, but frankly they donβt know how to talk to people. I was going to the 10th when I came across sprinklers basting all over the path and tee boxβs. I thought Iβll just go on to the next hole. To do this without getting wet I drove in between the yellow and reds,(not on the tee box) in the thick grass between them. A worker thought he saw me drive over a tee box, rode over and cussed me out. I tried to explain myself, but he just yelled more. He claimed he would cut the sprinklers off, then continued to switch them off the tee box, only to turn them on in the green. I thought again Iβll just go to the next hole. When I got there the same worker was watering the green. I waited for 10 mins knowing he saw me. I swear he was being inconsiderate on purpose. So I left.
This isnβt the first time one of there workers has acted rude.
Overall the course isnβt nice enough to put up with this behavior.
I recommend everyone in the Greenville area to instead go play wedgewood course. It is half the price and 5x nicer than Bradford.

Course it not very good compared to the ones around and the price is terrible compared to other courses in the area that are significantly nicer. Management does not seem to be very good. Don't let the closing time of 7PM fool you, they CLEARLY don't want you there past 5:30pm.
Conversation on the phone:
Me: Hello, Can I book a quick tee time for 9 holes at 5:35?
Rude Proshop kid: yea well, we require the carts in by 6.
Me: ok..so is that a no???
Rude Proshop kid: yea, I mean, it's like our policy.
Me: ok, do you have a driving range? I can knock out a medium bucket in way less than two hours.
Rude Pro Shop kid: yea, well it looks like it may rain, so not sure you would want to hit golf balls in the rain.
Me: (as I'm looking at the sky and see the sun, and I'll admit, some clouds, but did not appear to look like rain, and I'm 5 minutes away from the course) ok so no on everything, no golf or range at 5:30, but you close at 7.
Rude Proshop Kid: yea I mean that's when we close, but we start to shut down things around 5.
(Meanwhile, this is all at the beginning of August, not december)

Beautiful course itself, plays nice but just canβt get over the bug issues. Tried to spend a little time at the practice green and couldnβt hit one putt without being swarmed, and Iβm not talking bout a few Iβm saying every inch of my skin exposed was covered! Decent course, although the range is terrible. It's like playing from a fairway bunker that has rough in it. The course is nice though, very easy and forgiving, good for beginners. The greens were in decent condition, although for some reason there were divots in the green. No, not the type when a ball lands hard on the green, but the kind that your clubhead makes when you play a full shot off of the fairway. Overall, it's a pretty good course, it just needs a little more care.

Never go to this golf course. My boyfriend had a medical emergency on the course in early march, and while he was on the ground seizing, the ranger was more concerned on if there was alcohol on the carts. There was absolutely zero attempt to assist him or his friends obviously in disarray on what to do. One of the course's employees, just so happened to be playing behind their group, and instead of assisting, he played through the hole and didn't even stop to see if they needed help. Luckily for Bradford Creek, he didn't suffer any serious injuries. We had set up a meeting to discuss the incident with the course manager, ranger and a few other employees, and on the phone they seemed apologetic, but turns out they just wanted a liability contract signed. I suggest playing Ayden's course, which is much nicer anyway. If you do dare to play Bradford's course, I hope you don't have a medical emergency, because you'll be left with no help and workers who clearly seem to only care about not being held liable. But hey! If you're selfish, ignorant and have a zero moral compass or a care for another persons life, this would be a great place for you to work!

Save your money and go elsewhere! Course is declining fast and management is no better. Every time I go to Bradford Creek Iβm disappointed. This trip the range doesnβt open until 10:30. Last trip 2 holes were modified and was not disclosed prior to the round. Last round back nine closed and was not disclosed prior to the round. Greens are in horrible shape. For comparable $, there are much nicer courses in the area. At minimum, if there is some issue with the course, it should be disclosed either when booking a tee time or before you pay. Should not find out about that stuff mid round. Will play elsewhere from now on.

Tee times are only 3-5 minutes separated. Not fun or relaxing when groups are on top of each other. I was on hole 14 and two groups people were sitting behind us (3) and I noticed on the hole behind us 2 groups waiting. We let people go in front of us no problem but having groups go in front of us, and 5 groups between 2 holes, only at hole 14 this is terrible business and not for the customer. What about to the 7-10 minute tee times? Also, wasps are everywhere and they love going towards the carts.

We drove an hour in a half to play football golf and once we got there we were informed they don't do that anymore. So upset since i talked to two different staff members. The first one told me to call back in a little and the second one told me she didn't know if they had that or not, put me on hold and when she came back to the phone she informed me that she didn't even know they had that and that's when my information was taken and we had a reservation down. The employees here have no idea what is going on at the place they work and are extremely unhelpful on the phone. They need to have their website up to date because it even gives you the rules for football golf and says they have it offered.

This is the worst golf course. The tee boxes are sand, the sand traps are full of grass and the fairways flood more than most of Greenville. Iβve played here a number of times and the weekdays arenβt too busy but if you try to play on Saturday expect to be playing for 5+ hours. They overbook their weekends so if youβre teeing you the first whole the ranger is out there trying to pair you off into 4βs which makes every group of two go even slower.
This course is barley worth $15 a round let alone $30. Donβt waste tour money here go enjoy a round on a better, more well kept course.

Covid specific rules were not clearly displayed or told to us. So when we accidentally broke the rules the ranger had a power trip and yelled at us like we were children for pushing 4 cups back in the ground. "I'll have you kicked off the premises...". We apologized and never showed aggression. He then looked in our cart for beer, it was diet coke, and literally circled us for the entire next hole.
Display the rules clearer if your going to enforce them like a high-school softball coach.
Also the fairways are brown (April) and sandtraps are garbage.
The weather was nice and they had a good deal on beer.

The course recently clear cut all signs of vegetation away from the pond edges for what purpose?? other than perhaps to create a make work project. I suggest they spend the effort on the bunkers instead which now have more vegetation than the banks. I doubt there is any understanding by the course on the negative impact to the life in the ponds. There was a ban on fishing, but their own actions will now have likely adverse impact to the fish and other life in those ponds. also, if they think it was an eyesore having brush along the banks??.. I guess weeds will be more pleasurable to view once they get hold. I just don't understand the mindset of those that made this decision. Next they will clear cut remaining trees for hatred of any living creature remaining in that environment. those darned birds and deer enjoying themselves!

After viewing the website, I was a bit disappointed with this course. However, in their defense my visit came in late March, so i can understand the brown-colored fairways.....the greens weren't in great shape either... a few holes had more than what I would call unattended ball marks......more like a chunk of surface missing...with all tht being said, the course has an interesting layout and the starter and staff were GREAT! Slick little course out in the middle of nowhere. Plenty of wide open fairways for an amateur like myself to keep out of trouble, but not so much that there isn't a challenge.
Not a lot of water to contend with, which as a Floridian, im accustomed to. Greens were a little slow, and the tee boxes needed to be cut down a bit.
Clubhouse was clean and they had a half dozen beers to choose from which was nice, and some local breweries to boot. No food other than hot dogs, so be ready to pack a meal if that's not what you're into.
Gas powered carts we're nice and drive just fine

Annoying golfers who can't golf. Always hitting people's car, and the company itself doesn't even take responsibility for it.

Bought 18 holes for 24$ and there was many people out which took time. The sun went down quickly and when I asked for a rain check after only completing 9 holes. she said if we would have paid the full price (27) we could get one. 3 dollars. Doesnβt really bring business at all. Next time weβll go to Brooke valley, would recommend it over Bradford as Bradford isnβt rational on small things. Would have also paid the extra 3$ for 9 holes and wasnβt an option. Course isnt terrible, but staff and customer service need improving.

THE BUGS π π ARE A HUGE TURN OFF! Great golf π course without all the hefty membership fees that go along with the private courses. Still a bit pricey for the quality of the course itself. Not crazy about playing on a course with what looks to be some form of a low income housing section along the property. Other than that, it's worth the few bucks. The π course is well maintained, but I will say the bugs ππ especially the mosquitoes and little white flurry type insects are horrendous and the course management don't spray the land which turns me off completely. Try Aiden country club. That one is not as bad when it comes to the insects ππ.

I have been playing Bradford creek for a year now with my golf team once a week. It is a great challenge every time I play and never get bored playing their. They do a great job maintaining the course and nice golf carts.
