For over the past two decades, Britfit continues to provide expert level service to a variety of ages and needs.

Coach and Trainer Jackie Miller's personalized coaching and training approach is a proven success.

Her Performance Coaching with applied sports science brings growth and podium results for her multi & single sport athletes.

Jackie works with high schoolers, adults, seniors, PC and adaptive athletes too.

As the founder of a new program designed for her local Fire Department, she teaches a corrective movement program.

Jackie is the absolute best! I have been working with Jackie since 2020. She is by far the best trainer I have ever worked with. Her knowledge of functional movements and how to avoid injury is why I chose her in the first place. As a prior athlete working around an injury, it is hard to find someone who understands how to stay strong despite physical limitations. While working with Jackie, I have been able to continue my fitness journey and build more strength and mobility than I could have imagined. I feel so lucky to get to work with Jackie, knowing her numerous certificates and qualifications as a trainer. A bonus is she is an absolute joy to work with - I always look forward to my sessions and never regret waking up early to workout with Jackie! I hope to continue to work with Jackie for many years to come!

Let me start by saying I am a triathlete in my 60's. not your normal athlete.
I have been coached by Jackie and Britfit for the past 9 years. She does not only customize my plans and workouts for an older athlete but follows up with tweaks and adjustments regularly to ensure that my progress continues.
I love that I can message my coach, and she adds in things based on my current work situation or physical condition, all while keeping me moving forward.
Britfit has helped me realize my dreams of competing in Kona and abroad. I also have had the dream fulfilled of competing on a world level with my son.
I attribute my ability to continue to the direction and focus she provides.

I cannot begin to describe the difference Jackie at Britfit has made in my life! She has coached me weekly since before COVID - most recently in the weekly class. This has resulted in wonderful strength all over plus in specific areas where my body has been prone to injury. I’ve truly been able to do less PT for those things, I’ve been able to be more active, and she has challenged me successfully to be able to do movements I wouldn’t expect that I could do. She is also an amazing teacher - I’ve learned so much from her. Age is irrelevant - Jackie is a fabulous teacher and coach for all ages. Thanks Jackie!

I've worked with Jackie on and off for many (20 plus?!) years - virtually, outside, inside, home, long distance - all! She is absolutely the best of the best trainer/coach! I wouldn't work with anyone else - she is incredibly knowledgeable about ALL things health and fitness and is always keeping up with the latest information - she actively teaches you everything during sessions with her. She has always helped me find a way to exercise through the occasional injury, and she has coordinated with my PT when needed. If it weren't for her continuing workouts remotely with me during COVID, I would never have been strong enough to care for my father when he became chair bound. She gets me excited about being fit - I'm not an athlete but she makes me feel like I can be! Thank you Jackie!

Jackie’s strength and functional movement class is top notch. Each week we built upon the movements from the week before and I could feel the improvement from week to week. I am a novice triathlete and after doing a lot of research I decided to go with BritFit to help with my training. I have been with Jackie for about 6 months now and on a professional level she is as knowledgeable as they come. Aside from her own vast and impressive experiences as an athlete, she is the most educated tri coach I could find in my area. Jackie doesn’t only know what you should be doing, she can also tell you why you should be doing it. On a personal level, simply put….she cares!!

I have been training with Jackie for several years. I get better and stronger each training cycle. You will never have a coach as hands on or compassionate as Jackie.
One recent example was I was injured during a marathon. She and the entire Britfit team… yes she has a TEAM of incredible athletes…were tracking and cheering for me. After the race, she called me and attended my PT appointment the next day.

Ever since I had knee surgery in late 2016 I wanted to get back to running then Ultras and finally fell in love with Triathlons. Up until I hired Coach Jackie at Britfit I was plagued with running injuries and never felt comfortable with the way some of my training went.
Then last year I signed up with Britfit and everything started to change.
They worked with me on my past and at that time, current issues.
I wanted to do a 24 hour endurance run that October with the goal of getting to at least 100k (62 miles).
No matter what Coach Jackie kept me focused, positive and an eye on the prize while still dealing with minor injuries but the plan made it so these would heal.
Thanks to all that I did it and now have a Half Ironman to look forward to in May.
Britfit is amazing with a good team and amazing athletes who Coach Jackie helps a lot to achieve their goals too.

I recently attended Britfit's and Carolina Multisports Mountain Training Camp set in Linville Falls, NC. This was a great camp as a whole. The location was beautiful and offered fun and challenging training options. The value of the swim/bike/run events and coaching was significant compared to the cost. It was a good fit for both beginners and experienced athletes. I also enjoyed the opportunity to meet, hang out with and learn from other athletes both local (NC based) and non-local (outside of NC). I highly recommend this and other Britfit and Carolina Multisports offerings to athletes who need help starting out or just need some tweaking of their skills.
