I’ve been training in kickboxing with Coach James at Brunson MMA & Fitness, and it’s been an outstanding experience. James is a knowledgeable and professional instructor who tailors the training to help you improve with every session. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the environment is respectful and welcoming. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to train seriously.

If i could give 0 stars I would. My husband and I decided to do their summer camp for our daughter for 2 full weeks this summer. I filled out the paper work and sent it back to Sai. I get a call a week later with NO concern or explanation they they won't be9ng doing the summer camp any longer. They have also scrubbed any mention of the summer camps off their Facebook page. I mean WOW Sai. That was a low blow and no concern when you said yep bye and hang up.

Moved to the area several weeks ago and started going here right away. I’ve been training with James specifically, and he is an amazing coach. I’ve had experience with a couple other trainers before finding this gym who meant well, but James’ professionalism and experience is just on a whole different level.

Facility is clean and everyone I’ve interacted with is respectful and kind. Can’t recommend enough!

I started training at Brunson’s a few months ago and was immediately impressed by the skilled instruction, the friendliness of the staff, and the wide variety of class offerings. After training there only about a month I had to cancel my membership because of an unrelated injury, and Sai, the manager, very graciously cancelled my membership on the same day it was due to be charged again. I have trained at three other ju-jitsu studios in town and my experience at Brunson’s was the best by far. I hope I am able to return to classes there at some point and I recommend them without reservation. The owner, manager, and all of the instructors are not only highly professional, but awesome human beings as well.

Great location whether you were looking to do professional training or just wanting to get back in shape for the summer. The trainer's here are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful on your journey. Best gym community ever, everyone there has a great attitude and if you’ve got kids, there’s classes for them. Entire families attend classes that happen at the same time, college students attend. It’s a great place that you just want to hang out at because it starts to feel like home.

Great place to get in shape and learn some new skills! All the kids instructors are awesome. The Kids Jiu Jitsu program is a great way to do learn self defense and gain confidence. Highly recommend!
