Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. Joined last April and am so happy I did! The daily programs alternate between strength and conditioning and rotate muscle groups so not to overload. The trainers are kind and really foster a community that is focused on encouragement and support - physically, mentally and socially! I appreciate the opportunity to schedule regular focus meetings using the Inbody app for tracking progress and the information on health products and supplements that support any fitness journey.

Love it here! I come from a CrossFit background so initially I thought I wouldn’t get a good workout in, but I was beyond wrong! Great workouts, and the coaches are all great. I workout normally when Kyler is the coach, and his energy is top tier. I have a highly stressful job and most days I don’t feel like going, but the second I get there - I’m glad I went! Definitely recommend!

I honestly have no idea why a business like this would open in such a terrible location. Every single time I come here, I can barely find parking, it takes me at least 20 minutes just to get a spot, and that’s a complete waste of my time. I’m done. I have to switch to another gym because this is ridiculous. If you’re going to operate as a community gym, you need to secure your own parking lot instead of leaving your members to struggle like this.

I really hate leaving low ratings to any business, but every time I pull into that parking lot, I not only have to pay attention for other cars, I also have to watch out for people doing sprints all over the lot.

Pulled in this morning, and sure enough there were people running and some lady was puking her guts out in front of the Dunkin Donuts. Lovely to see at 8am.

Why on earth would you make your clients go running through the parking lot? Pretty absurd and the runners attitudes are as terrible as most of their spandex colors.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Burn Body Boot Camp. The trainers are extremely encouraging and genuinely want you to succeed—they push you to be your best without being intimidating. Compared to other gyms I’ve tried, where the atmosphere felt overly competitive, this place is focused on building a true sense of community and supporting each other. It makes sticking to my fitness goals feel much more achievable and sustainable. The convenient location near my home and the welcoming neighborhood are huge bonuses, and I couldn’t ask for a friendlier staff. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. After about 10months here, I feel stronger and more confident in my body. The workouts are different everyday. The trainers challenge you. After 7 months, I can safely say Burn is my ‘forever’ workout and favorite gym. While the variety of workouts and free childcare are huge advantages, the trainers are what differentiates Burn from other gyms. Burn Bootcamp has been an absolute game changer for me both physically and mentally. A little over a year ago, after 3 kids, I was needing something that helped me be consistent, motivated, and see progress. Burn was PERFECT to fit into my schedule and life. Whether you're starting on Day 1, or having been working out for years, I love that we can all be working out alongside one another, and you can modify any way you need to in order to meet your needs. I like how every workout is different to keep it interesting. They do a great job changing up the focus and exercises each week to give you a great mix of weights and cardio. They announce the workout schedule for the week every Sunday. You can then choose what workouts best apply to your goals and make those your priority for the week. Plus, there are multiple workout times to choose from each day to best fit your schedule. The trainers are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

I was a BBC member many years ago, got side tracked for a bit, but just made my way back to the new Plaza Midwood location. Could not have made a better decision. Great location, amazing trainers, inspiring friends, and lots of class options. The 5am express class is so great when you have a busy day to get to. I’m 3 weeks in at this location and don’t see myself ever leaving. BBC makes me feel my absolute best. So grateful to be back!

After talking to a friend that attends Burn (another location) , about Burn , for weekssss, I finally worked up the courage to email them, and a couple weeks later worked up the courage to actually go. My first time there I was sincerely welcomed, the trainer was genuinely excited for me to be there, to learn about me, and to help. If it wasn’t for the trainer from my first camp, I might not have had the courage for a round two - 25 times so far! I love how every workout is different so it doesn’t get boring. Burn really does a good job choosing trainers who embody fitness and health and the community is exactly what I wanted for an intense bootcamp workout.

I have been a member for a little over month after hearing about it from multiple friends. I have been avid about my exercise routine for many years but hit a plateau and wanted to up my game and get some additional accountability. It works!! Turning 40 was the was the wake up call I needed to turn it up a notch. The workouts are so well-rounded and hard in the best way! It’s a good rotation of weights and cardio to hit every muscle. The trainers are always there to boost you up, correct or compliment form, and talk about nutrition or other needs. I’m a huge fan and looking forward to my journey.

I started burn about 6 months ago because my good friend Kayla loved it! My Fiance joined us a few weeks later and I have loved every day. You are guaranteed a hard workout everytime, the coaches are motivational and care about making you better, you can use the InBody machine to track your progress and they really motivate you to be better outside of attending classes! 100/10 recommend!!

My absolute favorite gym in the Queen City! As a transplant moving from South Florida, I scouted several gyms before trying Burn for their free week trial and I was immediately hooked. From the very beginning, I knew I would love the diverse and challenging workouts, their trainers, how friendly and motivational they are, and above all their community. You’ll definitely see this as a first timer! The first camp is so inspiring!

Community is definitely big here and I’m very thankful to have met some very cool, like minded people thanks to Burn. My home base for Burn Boot Camp is in Northern VA, but every time I’ve come to visit my friends in Charlotte I of course have to get my workout in at Burn Elizabeth! So far I’ve only trained with Gabby and she is the BEST and remembers me even though it’s months between my visits. The universal membership is such a game change and the welcoming atmosphere is always the cherry on top!

I’ll start this review off by saying there are a lot of great gyms around town. I believe this becomes evident when you, as an individual, find a place that’s the total package of great workouts, great people, and consistent results — Burn Elizabeth might just be that for you, like it is for me.

The trainers (shout out to all y’all), the challenge of showing up and giving your all each time you step through the doors, and most importantly, the people as a whole really make this place special.

From the moment you walk in, you’re warmly greeted as if they’ve known you for some time. On top of that, the staff always give a great tour and introduction to the gym which is comforting feeling. There’s even opportunities to schedule 1:1s to go over your goals and nutritional habits to dial in your fitness. But then, the workout starts…and it’s even more awesome!

The workouts are challenging, mentally and physically, but they offer so much potential for increasing strength, speed, and stamina. And the results from consistent attendance become pretty clear after a few weeks or so. But ya gotta keep showin’ up. Again, the coaches and staff make this last part a bit easier because of how knowledgeable and passionate they are about us and about their craft.

If you just scrolled down to this part to get the abridged review…that’s okay, too. Burn Elizabeth is an incredible place for your fitness journey, no matter where that may be for you, and I highly recommend you give it a shot!

I want to preface this by saying that I have never been here to work out, but have experience with the people who work here.

Due to COVID-19, this location has begun working out in the parking lot beside my apartment building. I have let them know through various different outlets that you can hear the loud music they blast during their work out inside peoples apartments starting as early as 5:30 AM. The people running the workouts are fully aware of the situation and will move further away from the residential area or turn down the music for one day before reverting to their old ways. It is obvious that the people in charge here have no regard for others and only think of themselves. Just consider if that is the type of place you want to give your money too.

My favorite workout in Charlotte. High energy HIIT and Strength workouts. The coaches are awesome and have great playlists and serious knowledge about fitness. I have met some of my best friends through burn, discovered great music, and got my motivation back after taking a few months off of the gym. If it’s your first class, I would recommend taking Kyle’s class as he is the owner and will make sure you have a great experience! Gabi’s classes are definitely the hardest, and Elise’s classes are great!

I started burn boot camp this summer after having a tough recovery from knee surgery. My old gym routine wasn't cutting it and i needed something different. Boy did I find it. The floating floors are great on joints, the trainers are top knotch and can modify anything up or down, and the workouts are different daily and keep your muscles guessing.

The trainers know their stuff! They will come over if you have any issues and modify exercises and push you harder if you aren't doing it yourself. Whatever your goal, you WILL see results. They build in focus meetings and nutrition as well.

The gym is more than a great workout, it is a community. I've made such great friendships there and I look forward to it everyday.

You'd be crazy not to give it a shot!

I know it sounds cliche, but Burn Boot Camp changed my life! I've been there since day 1. At first I just wanted to lose a few pounds and get in shape; what I didn't count on were the friends I've made here and how eating healthy has become a part of my life. Who runs in a parking lot during rush hour? I feel sorry for the business around them, and especially the ones right next to them. Someone could get hurt running behind cars backing out of a space (I have experienced firsthand how inconsiderate the people running are, and how carelessly they run through a parking lot full of cars).

Let's talk numbers. In my time with Burn Boot Camp - Elizabeth, I have lost OVER 40 pounds, over 11% body fat, countless inches, and my BMI has crazy improved.

Let's talk community. This is the most incredibly encouraging, uplifting group of people I've ever worked out with in my entire life. I have made friends here, made memories here, served my community and veterans alongside my Burn family here, and have really found a place that combines fitness, nutrition, and an overall healthy life. You can't put a price tag on that.

Last, let's talk trainers. Lindsay, Kyle, and Chris are some of the most gifted trainers I have ever been trained by in my 30+ years. Each workout is different and fun, and I legitimately have FOMO (fear of missing out) on days I travel and can't make it in. They give highly specialized attention even on days when the class is a little bigger, and you always leave feeling better than when you came in.

It works if you put time and energy into making it work - and I highly encourage anyone who is curious to come and check us out to see what we are about. You will not regret it!
