I joined Burn Boot Camp Holly Springs about a year ago, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The owners are genuinely caring, the community is welcoming and completely judgment-free, and the trainers are incredible. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, and I owe so much of that to the energy, encouragement, and support in this amazing community. I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Great team of coaches (challenge/encourage/ call you out) and the vibes from the community are top notch. A class full of people on the same boat with no judgement. Best investment I made for myself this year was joining Burn Holly Springs.

I absolutely love this gym and have been a member since 2020. I have a health problem that is a bit unique… and the trainers have been fabulous about offering modifications for exercises and also being sure, that for me, sometimes stopping is harder than not pushing forward.
I also love the variety of trainers— all exceptional in their training but unique in their personalities. The team creates an amazingly positive vibe, people encourage each other and compete against themselves and no one else. The gym is diverse as well.
I’ve been at Duke faculty club and lifetime fitness, and this place is ten times better

Since I was 17, I have always had a gym membership and been a consistent gym goer. But it wasn’t until 20 years later (TMI) that I found a gym that I truly felt a part of. Burn Boot Camp in Holly Springs is so much more than a gym- it is a community of people who lift you up and push you forward. Not only do you get an incredible workout that is different every single day but you are surrounded by kind empathic trainers and members who make you feel welcome and capable of doing so much more than ever thought you could.

Burn Boot Camp Holly Springs is more than just a gym, we are community that uplifts and supports each other. When I first started in 2019, I signed up for the 4 week promotion thinking I’d just be there for 4 weeks and back to my at home workouts. Oh man, was I wrong! The high fives and encouragement and feeling like my baby was safe and taken care of in Child Watch kept me wanting to take that 45 mins just for me. I highly recommend it here and we will welcome you with high fives and smiles! We will meet you where you are fitness wise. Everyone is welcome. 🩵

Community, community, community! You can pick from several gym options in the area and no doubt move your body and get a workout in. The difference here is the community, starting with the trainers knowing your name, your physical limitations or goals, to creating lifelong friends who are LITERALLY yelling encouragement from across the gym. The workouts stay in constant rotation with no two days being the same. On top of that we are taught and guided on our form and which muscle to focus on during every workout. I’ve been here for many years and tried multiple gyms in the area, nothing comes close to this environment and workout!

I can’t say enough about how AMAZING Burn is…specifically the Holly Springs location. All of the trainers are so well trained and incredibly welcoming. The front desk will ALWAYS greet you with such warmth and always be able to answer any issues/concerns/questions you may have. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. It has become such a big part of my life and my family’s! All 4 of my kids have been to childwatch many many times to the point where my kids are so disappointed when they hear I went to camp without them.
If you’re looking for a workout and a community that will empower you, make you feel strong both emotionally and physically..then this is your place!!
I can not imagine anyone ever having anything other to say about Burn!

They Care About Money, Not People -- Save yourself and stay Away from This Gym
If you’re thinking of joining this place, please read my story on how they took my money and be extra careful before you sign the contract because once they have your money, they won’t care about you at all
I can’t express how frustrating and disheartening my experience with has been. When my wife signed up for a membership, she was hesitant because of her health concerns. But the staff pressured her into making a quick decision, assuring her there was a 30-day refund policy if it didn’t work out. She trusted them and signed a 10-page contract that they didn’t even give her enough time to properly review.
Fast forward a few days, the program turned out to be unsuitable for her health, causing physical discomfort. Naturally, we asked for a refund—only to be met with a flat-out refusal. Their excuse? “It’s in the contract.” It’s infuriating that they’re hiding behind some cleverly worded fine print, all while ignoring the fact that we were told something completely different at the time of signing. There front desk are the ones who said “You have 30 days to decide”.
We tried explaining our situation multiple times, thinking they’d show some understanding or basic decency. But their response was basically, “too bad—you signed, so forget about the money.” How is that fair? A gym should care about the well-being of its members, not just lock them into contracts and take their money without delivering a service. You took my hard earned money (around $950) just like that. It may not be big amount for you but for us its a huge chunk of our monthly income.
I have nothing against the gym itself, but the way they’ve handled this situation is just wrong. They didn’t even consider my wife’s health concerns or the fact that their program wasn’t working for her. Instead, they chose to exploit a technicality to hold on to our money.
At this point, we feel completely betrayed and have no choice but to take legal action. It’s disappointing and exhausting to deal with a business that treats people like this.
If you’re thinking of joining, please be careful. Read every single word of their contract (even if they rush you), because once they have your money, they won’t care about you at all.
We are never coming back to this place.
First of all, train your employees to share the correct information instead of misleading customers. You can’t hold customers accountable for the lies your staff tells them.
Secondly, have some integrity. Taking someone’s hard-earned money without providing a service is nothing short of theft. You think you can just pocket $950 for nothing? Don’t worry—while I may have lost that money, you’ll feel the impact of your unethical practices soon enough. When that day comes, remember the 'frustration' that you are talking about.

I don’t belong to the gym. I’m a neighbor who’s awakened by their loud music every morning. It’s very disturbing to be woke up by unwanted music an hour early than planned to, especially when my alarm clock has not even sounded. It’s hard to go back to sleep. I’ve talked to the manager, who promised to be good neighbors, but seemed to have forgotten. When I call them to ask them to turn the music down, I can’t get any answer, because they can’t even hear their own phone because of their loud music. My mom is an elderly lady whose not wanting to hear the loud music either Please be mindful of your neighbors, 5 am is too early to be playing loud music, and you have neighbors less than 200 feet away from you.

The best gym! All of the trainers (and owner Emmitt) are incredible and keep you highly motivated with varying workouts every single camp. It’s become so much of a part of my daily routine that I’m not sure how I got through my days before without it! Even though it’s ‘corporate’ it has the small family business feel to it which I love. If you’re on the fence, try the 14 days free. You’ll love it!

My last name would have been under Parent, probably why you can't find me. I was there for a trial class last fall-ish. Here is where my experience wasn't the greatest.
I've had two kids and went from 120lbs and fit to 210 lbs and very much not fit. So, I'm insecure. As your gym is primarily promoted towards women I would have assumed you would have been used or at least prepared for members that also fit my description. Not necessarily the case, in my experience. I recognize that my insecurity is my own issue. When I walked in, there were a bunch of women in a line for a computer. Tons of ladies going behind the "counter" I didn't know who worked there and who didn't. I had no idea who to ask for information on how to start a trial. I asked someone in line behind me (not sure if they worked there or not) they handed me a clipboard with some papers to fill out. I didn't know what the heck I was supposed to do with it after I was done. Ithink I brought it back to the front desk and was like "soooo, do I give this to one of you ladies or set it here??? Orr?" They took it and they said the class would start soon. Lol, I guess I had chose the worst Saturday to start going 🤣 it was like "total cardio reset" or something aka "you gonna die today" I modified a lot, but I have a bum hip and knee so 🤷 I actually really enjoyed the workout portion, sore for 3 days after 😂 but worth it. Aside from my complete confusion at the beginning everything else was great. The instructor was awesome and encouraging. I'm just going to put this out there, I want whatever coffee she drinks because she was READY.
Oo! Also, when I was trying to determine which gym I wanted to go with, they have a company policy that states they can't share membership costs online. For someone who was super motivated to get back into the gym and was ready to sign up that day, but not knowing what to be prepared to pay before arriving - not a great policy... I wish I understood why that was a policy... I know several gyms won't share membership costs on their website and you have to inquire, but....I did inquire....

I purchased a Living Social deal for BBC-HS. I started 4 months ago and now I am addicted. The results are amazing - I've lost 13 lbs, my blood sugar levels are under control and every 3-4 weeks I can see how much body fat I've lost and inches off my body. Seeing those numbers is key motivation for me - it means THIS works for me. I love that they have a schedule to fit anyone's needs (I am a 5am'er myself which is very hard to find). I highly enjoy the weekly motivational emails, the opportunity to connect with others - especially since you see the same folks in your class daily and the accountability it affords me. I'm pretty clumsy, couldn't do a push up or pull up when I first started and exercise is not my thing. But, I'm 40 now, no longer out of breath just climbing the stairs and I can do push ups and pull ups! BBC-HS IS a game changer. If you want results and you're willing to put in the effort - this is the place for you. You won't be disappointed.

I love this place. Before Burn, I would workout hard for a few months, get bored, then stop for a few months. This cycle would repeat itself over and over. I've been at Burn for well over a year now and am consistently working out 5 days per week. And, I'm certainly not bored but addicted! I can't say enough good things about the Burn workout!

I absolutely love BBC!!! I purchased a Groupon at the urging of my friend Christa and I was hooked after the first workout! I had been going to my neighborhood gym and was getting bored. I love that the workouts are different every day and there is a lot of flexibility with respect to class times throughout the day. Our trainers (Emmitt, Chelsea and Megan) are AWESOME and so encouraging. I enjoy the friendships that I have made and love how everyone is so motivating and supportive - no matter your fitness level. The workouts are challenging but modifications are always provided if you need them. I love the energy at BBC and you will too!!!!

BBC Holly Springs has been a life changing experience for me. Before BBC, I was always intimidated by "boot camps" and "group" classes.... not with BBC. This is by far the best gym I have joined. I owe it all to the trainers and the wonderful community they have created. I just cannot say enough great things about the trainers, Emmitt and Aaron. The trainers are motivating, encouraging, help push you to reach your goals, and become stronger everyday. I feel fortunate that I stumbled across BBC and took a chance. I strongly recommend BBC to everyone and anyone....you will not be sorry!!

I got talked into BBC by a friend...try it she said. So I did...to appease her. What I found was that I was actually doing something really good for me, which, let's face it, doesn't always happen for us moms. What I found was a work out I love. I am challenged every day. I come home every day and tell my kids what a great time I had. I can't help but believe this is a good thing for my 9 and 12 year old girls to see. It challenges me. I sweat. I am sore. I work every muscle I have and some I did not know existed. I really love the atmosphere. It is quickly becoming a community that I love. Emmitt is great as a trainer. He knows everyone by name. He encourages. He makes you work a little harder than you thought you could. He believes in you! You will not be disappointed!!
