Burn Boot Camp in Mallard Creek, NC features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn boot camp are positive , supportive and encouraging community effective an hour class. Workouts described as challenging , effective incorporating strength training weights , body weight and cardio. Beyond the workouts, they offer nutrition advice and helping members by talking 15minutes in person focus meeting session with trainers.
Members consistently mention the friendly and encouraging environment where people of different fitness levels support each other.

I’ve been a member for almost 7 years! The only workout I’ve been able to stick with consistently. I am so much stronger physically & mentally because of BURN. The Mallard Creek location is TOP NOTCH! I have the universal membership so I’ve been able to visit many other locations in my travels and I love the consistency of the type of environment, I always know what to expect. Member at a different burn closer to my home but visit mc a few times a month and it's an awesome facility.. the building was designed for burn boot camp and the lay out is phenomenal. I joined BBC Mallard Creek after moving to the area about a month ago. I do best in class settings and need the encouragement of others for sure. I had been working out on my own and not very into it - then comes BBC Mallard Creek. I did a week free trial and knew I wanted to join. From the very first day I felt so welcomed and included. I’m a 4:45a class person, but when I’m off work I go to different classes. Every single class I’ve done the people make you feel so welcomed whether they know you or not. You will ALWAYS feel like you belong and deserve to be there just as much as the person next to you. I can’t recommend it enough!

Burn provides an amazing community and a variety of workouts. In the 11 years I’ve been with them I have never done the same workout twice. They have modifications that allowed me to workout through two pregnancies, as well as a few minor injuries. I can’t say enough about the trainers! It's not just a gym, it's a family and amazing community. Give it a shot, you won't regret it, you get SO much with your membership to support and help you reach your goals and get to a stronger and healthier you!

7/2023 -Joining this burn boot camp is one of the best decisions and investments I have made! About 2.5 months ago, I was overweight, out of shape, working too many hours, and not eating healthy. All of the trainers; Sally, Alivia, Tori, Jen, Celeste - are all wonderful! They meet you where you are at, but also push you to do what they know you can. It is such an inspiring and non-judgemental atmosphere and encouraging community. I love that it is 45 minutes, it's intense and a great work out, they always have you doing something different so it keeps it interesting, it is not boring! I can't believe I have turned into someone that looks forward to going to the gym! I had a couple of focus meetings, they go over your goals with you and give a plan. I also do the Project Lean Nation meals next door, 12 a week (they are delicious and the people there are wonderful, too).....between the two, I have lost 8 lbs of fat, gained 2 lbs of muscle mass, and lost 5% in body fat and am more educated. I feel so much better and stronger! They really care, and your success is their success! If you are thinking about joining or doing a trial first, do it!

My experience with the Harris Rd bootcamp was Bad Bad Bad. They sold me this 1 month membership. I told them I am going out of town and they said it’s good for a month after you start it. I met with an accident in that trip and I was under treatment for 5+ months. When I called back they said no you had to start it within 30 days. She didn’t even care to see her notes.

When signing up I would not trust what they just say at studio, they gave me partial information. Just ask for fine print at the studio.

Can I give no stars? If I could give any advice it would be to not do it. They talked me into a year when I only wanted a few months at a time and now they won’t suspend my account for family reasons. I don’t recommend risking it.

I always hesitated to go to the gym, specially in the morning but with Burn Boot Camp in Mallard Creek, I feel the opposite. I am up at 5:00am to get a great start on my day and I can now say that I love working out! The trainers are amazing. When you walk inside you feel truly welcomed from the lady in the desk, the trainers, and from everyone working out. You are truly motivated there! I love it! :)

I'm addicted! Melissa and her team really push you to give it your all while keeping in mind that some of us have injuries and provide modifications. So you still are able to see results. I had an artificial disc put in my neck 1 yr ago and I was nervous about how it would work out but it's been only 2 weeks and I am getting stronger and feeling great. Thanking Melissa, her team and all the other BBC members for making this such a fun but challenging experience. Can't wait until Monday (and who says that?)!!
