I have called more than once to cancel my membership for the last 2 years following the owner's instructions. I even emailed the owner. I should have never signed up for the membership since it is this hard to cancel the membership and not have my money returned.

Literally laughing this place is terrible, they charge you 100$ to cancel after you paid over 500$ that year, they must be hurting for money but don’t put any nice equipment inside, all the way trash business, hurtin for money clearly

I go here 4 days a week during lunch hour. Great gym if you are disciplined as they don't have classes. Mostly have weights and machines, treadmills and so forth. Also has an exercise room with TV and DVD player. We use that and play videos and follow them. Locker rooms are basic and the women's side is ok. Lockers, two showers with curtain. If u want to change privately you'll need to duck into the shower or bathroom stalls.
