Our daughter has been going to this gym for 6 years now. From tumbling classes to competitive gymnastics, back to tumbling for high school cheerleading, Coach Alex has helped her become the athlete she is day. She comes to see the athletes in school events cheering them as a true mentor wanting them to succeed outside the gym also. What can I say about CFF?! It is one of the best gymnastics programs we’ve ever been apart of. As a military family, we have hopped around to several places all over the country and this was has always ranked number one. Coach Alex and her staff are so kind and supportive to the kids. Both of my daughters have done gymnastics here. My oldest has moved on after 2 years of classes where she learned alot and had fun doing it. My youngest has been going for 4 years. My daughter came her on and off for a couple of years. Initially, she wanted to learn to do an arial for dance. But then she stayed, taking group and individual lessons and my budget and her schedule allowed. Alex was wonderful! She was patient, so very patient. She adjusted her schedule to help my daughter several times. Prices were fair/reasonable. All the classes were small enough to give each child some individual attention. It’s been a few years since we were there, because my daughter is now an adult. But we are still friends and we still support the facility and Alex whenever we can. This is where I refer all families new to the area who want their kids to participate in something physical.

My 10 year old absolutely LOVES this gym! The staff are so friendly and great with the kids. They’re knowledgeable, personable, and get to know their students’ strengths and weaknesses, so they can assist each student according to their particular skill level. Taking gymnastics has helped keep my daughter healthy while teaching critical tumbling skills that she can use in middle school cheerleading. My daughter participated in their summer camp, and as soon as it was over she was asking about going back to it next year! She has also gone to CFF2’s open night, which is a perfect & affordable option on Fridays, for a parent’s night out! If you’re looking for a kids gymnastics class, CFF2 is the way to go!
