We had a great experience at Ninja Nation during their open gym promo day (half off regular admission!). The location was easy to find, and the parking lot was spacious and well-kept. Inside, the facility was clean and organized with a solid variety of obstacles for the kids — and even adults — to enjoy. Everything felt safe, and it ended up being a great workout for the whole family!

The staff was friendly and informative from the moment we walked in. Signing waivers was easy with multiple desktops available, and there were snacks for sale and a comfortable sitting area for parents to relax and watch. I also really appreciated the clean restrooms — especially that they had a changing table, which made things much easier with my 7-month-old.

I want to give a shout-out to a young girl on staff who was so sweet and attentive to my daughter. She helped supervise the kids and made sure they were having fun and staying safe. Unfortunately, the team doesn’t wear name tags and I didn’t think to ask for her name, but she stood out! Two male team members also stepped in to help my husband with quick demonstrations and explained how to complete certain obstacles — which was super helpful.

My only small critique would be the limited space for the 1–3-year-old area. It seemed more suitable for children 1 and under.

All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

The team at Ninja Nation was fantastic with working along with us to secure a visit, making the process as smooth as possible, and upon arrival to the facility they provided detailed instruction and tip top service. The kids in our group stayed engaged the entire time and had a blast!!! They were able to challenge their apprehensions about what they could achieve, other kids in the setting were so encouraging and it created such a supportive environment. We had Ninja Nation host my son’s birthday party today and would recommend to anyone considering using Ninja Nation for their child’s birthday party!
Everyone was so friendly, from check in, to check out.
I want to give a special shout out to Sam. He was seriously the best birthday host. He was so interactive, great with all of the kids, patient, and so respectful!
He made sure the table was set, served our pizza, cut our cake, passed that out, and handed out goodie bags. So helpful!

Excellent place for the kids to have fun, develop coordination, and build strength. Friendly, attentive staff and an overall well-run facility. There are lots of birthday parties on the weekend, yet there is still plenty of space for individual drop-in time. Keep your shoes on...no need to purchase any special socks. I brought my six-year-old son to spend a fun afternoon. However, I’m a bit upset with the staff here. There are two guys who are supposed to be assisting or helping with the pulley so the kids can go down, but they are too busy talking. I had to climb up and pull the rope myself so my son could use the pulley.

Had a birthday party at this place for my going to be 5 year old. The coach helps us seems not very experienced. Many parents expressed safety concerns due to an accident they witnessed. When the coach is playing an organized the game with the kids, it leads to all the kids jumped down at the same time, kids fell, several little kids (including my 4 year old) were under many big kids. My 4 year old son’s elbow got hurt and complained about his elbow after he got home. After this incident, I do not recommend this place for young kids’ birthday party ( 5 year old or younger).

This is hands down the best place for your child’s birthday party. You have a dedicated staff member to help you set up, serve pizza and cake, wrangle the kids and clean up once you’re done. Our son Jack Flowe had his birthday party on 11/2/24, and it was our first time ever at Ninja Nation! I never leave reviews anywhere, but we had such a great experience that I just had to leave one, especially when my 7 year old tells me this was the best birthday party he has ever had. We had two hosts, Meveiah (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong) and Ryan!
These two went above and beyond from the second I walked in early to set up, to the very last minute of his party. I did not expect to have much help from them other than just hosting the kids, but they were just incredible with EVERYTHING. They checked on us constantly to see if we needed anything, and went out of their way to make sure the party was everything we wanted it to be and more, being so so kind and helpful! They absolutely took the stress off of my back and the entire staff that I spoke with were just excellent. My Autism son had lots of fun.
He's been receiving Occupational Therapy for years. We went to Ninja Nation for the first time and years of Therapy has strength his upper body strength and balance which you can see from the pictures. I got so much joy to see him play. We will be back.

This was our first event based on physical competition, as well as our first event centered around a contracted attraction. Gavin was extremely helpful and professional from our first exchange as we were researching the feasibility of us hosting the event, right up to me asking him to please go ahead and book us for the same time (3rd Saturday in April) next year.

We drove 45 minutes for open gym. It was our first visit and we will absolutely be back!! Wish we lived closer. All 4 of our kids ages 18m-9y had a blast! For us, 1 hour was plenty of time to play. They were all exhausted by the end 😂 All of the employees were nice and helpful as well.

This place is super cool. My only complaint is that I dropped my son off for a CMS closure day and he got bored. There was no engagement or “class” environment, so after a little while he was just tired of it and he LIVES for these types of activities. Also when I dropped him off it was a few minutes before 9 and the kids were watching a movie while other kids got dropped off and the “coaches” didn’t give a warm welcome at all when he was obviously a bit shy to be in a new place. I wish that there was engagement then I’d give 5 stars. The facility is clean and the course looks very cool. Just think it depends on what you sign up for and for how long.

My son (8 years old) suffered 3 broken fingers today at this establishment. When my wife called to inform the manager in order to help prevent this from happening again, the manager was inconsiderate. For reviewers who are wondering if this place is safe, read further.

Over crowded. There is one particular obstacle course with two or three plexi glass bases that will shift with multiple kids on it. If your child falls (like ours did) and has to brace themselves be ready for what we went through. Unfortunately his fingers hooked over the edge while another child was getting off which caused the base to shift which crushed his fingers . What was supposed to a fun filled day turned into a disaster . Nobody likes to see there child injured so I would highly recommend making sure there are pads at the edges of the plexi glass bases as we are
Fortunate the accident didn’t take off his three fingers.

Unless you're paying for a class or renting out the whole facility don't waste your time and money. We went and paid $20 per kid for "Open Play" but there are classes going on using literally everything in the building. Urban Air or Sky Zone are much more enjoyable.

We came to ninja nation as part of a team party for football. We had reserved the gym for two hours. We had about an hour and a half of playtime on the floor, however for an hour of that the kids were not allowed to be on the course, because staff members and other teens were running the course. Every time they came to a part of the course, and there was a child on it, they screamed at them to get out of the way because they were affecting their time of running the course. This was very upsetting to me and several of the other parents. We reserved the gym, we should've had access to the entire gym.
My son talked to me about it a little later and asked why they weren't allowed to run the course. He was so disappointed that they were kicked off when it was their party.
Then, as we were leaving, some of the kids from the team bumped and shifted some of the chairs that are along the outside of the gym by the tables. One of the staff members yelled at them and said "you will fix those now."
The female staff member behind the counter was cordial and I have no problems with her. The two other male staff members that were there that night (11/18/21), they may need some re-training on how to treat customers.
This was our first time to ninja nation, and because of our experience, it will be our last.

My daughter celebrated her 8th birthday party today. Our party host (I wish I remembered her name!!!) was FANTASTIC. Great communication, organized, and very involved with the kids!! She was helpful in the party room and on the floor. One of our guests read the time wrong on the invitation and ended up showing up late. Our party host checked with the manager and they allowed our late guest and my daughter 10 extra minutes to play. THAT is good business. I have been to parties at similar places where the host did next to nothing and we didn't have a great experience as we did today at ninja nation. Extremely satisfied with the turnout and my kids are already asking to go back!

First off, the gym was extremely impressive! I may have been just as excited as my 3 kids were. Anytime your kids come back from a camp and they’re begging to go back, you know you’ve found an amazing place. Cool place for kids to be athletic in a clean environment. Pricing is great and facility is clean. Open gym is insane, kids everywhere, no order, running lanes placed in ladder lines, teens playing tag, kids sitting on course like a park bench, it is pandemonium. Bad experience. After our son's FIRST session, the manager sent us a dismissive email about how our son's behavior was not to his liking. He threatened that our son would be asked to leave if he were to come back and act in the same manner.

It's extremely regrettable that someone who works with toddlers would only take one session to develop an opinion about a 3-year-old. My wife and I imagined they would have the experience and knowledge to deal with this age group, and understand that the behavior our son displayed is understandable for a 3 year-old who is experiencing a brand new scene with a multitude of attractions ! It takes time for children to get used to new places! We would have expected them to wait a couple of sessions for our son to adapt before judging him in the manner they did.

It's so awful to see this cancel culture in children activities like this. Apparently, they're just looking for kids that won't give them a hard time running their business and don't care much about the children. We will certainly not be going back.
