Front desk guy wasn’t welcoming at all. He was blasting his music at the front, but no actual music in the lifting area. Weights were everywhere. All the equipment is on top of each other. Dumbbells missing. The only plus is that it was 5$ for a day pass. I wouldn’t have payed a dollar more. Basket ball court was cool, but terrible lighting and the balls sucked.Either way if it’s your only option to get a lift in then go, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a actual membership.

Everything is a mess, never seems to be organized always has a funky smell especially in the powerlifting room. Water fountain filters changes are always overdue. 20 years ago it was one of the best gyms west of Asheville.

The gym is athletically beautiful and pretty clean. BUT ...it's stale. Meaning, no music playing over the intercom and eerily quiet. This is a gym! There should be a normal amount of grunting while lifting weights. I barely let out out a grunt as I feel uncomfortable here. I'm not sure but my guess is that I'm a white girl working out on an Indian reservation. I get odd looks as soon as I walk in the front door and the staff is not helpful at all. I asked a young woman at the front desk how to use a specific machine and she acted like I was twisting her arm. She didn't even show me how she barely gave me an explanation! I had to ask a young man who was in the free weight room. The staff is not friendly! They never smile! The entire place gives me the creeps. I paid for the entire month and I'm gonna take the loss because I certainly don't want to go back!

Although the pool is closed right now, there's still plenty to do. Lots of different machines to work out on and basketball court. A wide range of cardio and strength training, indoor walking track and free weights. Overall, a good place to get fit and be healthy.

It is open 24 hours. The pool is open from 7am to 7pm. I was happy to hear about this. They have a water arobics class at 11am everyday.

Overall it is a really good gym. Lots of stuff to do here and it is pretty big.. Wished the 24 hour membership wasn't so expensive though. Other than that, its worth going to. Better than other gyms nearby.

Great place to workout, and the renovations they have made are beautiful which makes for an ideal environment. Has a track, swimming pool, gym with many basketball goals, racquetball room, a cardio room and weigh room for different areas of exercise. Staff seem friendly. Membership is cheap, but is free to enrolled members of the EBCI. Above average, and would recommend.

Went to this facility while on vacation, the gym was very dirty and unorganized. The staff were super rude and lazy. I asked for a towel 2 days in a row and they said they had no clean ones. I asked why and they said under staffed, as the two of them sat behind the desk doing absolutely nothing. I work for a gym myself and I believe all of the above is unacceptable! Would never recommend or go here again!!
