after knee replacement surgery 2021 & 2022 I was unable to rehab properly and did not regain full range of motion. I was introduced to pilates in May 2025 and started working one on one with Beth Jones. I love the way she personalizes the workout and have regained whole body range of motion in the four months we have been working together! As an 81 year old I feel 20 years younger since begging Pilates PT!

Nice equipments in pristine conditions. Beth led the intro class with clear instructions and nice workouts. Only problem was the initial three months commitment. I’d prefer a monthly membership due to frequent travels.

The trainers are excellent. The facility is always clean and pristine. They provide different levels of intensity based on your fitness level. I would've preferred more flexibility of scheduling as I fell sick at the end of my membership and was not able to use any of the last 3 classes I paid for the next month. Other than that, the classes are beneficial to your health and the teachers always encourage you to do your best.

LOVE CLUB PILATES! I am always enjoying the classes. Beth J is a great instructor. She is explaining everything very well, she always does different exercises every time I’m there. So, it’s never boring and I always learn something new. Beth is exceptional, just love her classes!!!! Would give more stars, if I could!!!

Life changing!!!! Mary and Savanah are phenomenal !!! We had 3 in the class, and everyone was so great!!! I went for a free class, and I’m hooked. I was told I need knee surgery. My physical therapist was using weight machines , and my knee couldn’t handle it. I slapped on a need brace and went to the class! I finally found something that will strengthen my left leg muscles. Which is exactly what I need. Not to mention I never thought I’d be able to do squats. The Pilates squat I can do!!There’s hope for my flat butt!!!!!😜

Had my first class today with Mary. It was a 1.5 Reformer Class. I had a wonderful time! The facilities are absolutely stunning! Enough Parking! The equipment is great and they even incorporated the Carolina Blue, how fun. Of course not to mention, my muscles got a healthy beating too. Absolutely recommend signing up. Looking forward to building a good routine and making new friends. :)

Club Pilates South Chapel Hill is my first experience with a Pilates workout ever. I am a 71years old…and while I do pretty rigorous water aerobics in our pool I needed something to carry me thru the winter….last winter I did not have a plan for exercise and I felt like I suffered somewhat physically. My intro instructor told me to not be afraid to go ahead and sign up for the 1.5 class if 1.0 was not available….while Ive had different instructors for classes,, Beth is the instructor that I’ve had the most, and she has been extremely patient with all of us that are new to this exercise experience and is always instructing us in correct technique but cautions us not to push to the point of potential injury. I continue to sign up for both 1.5 and 1.0 when available because I always feel that I learn and gain something from both level of classes and I like that a lot. I do feel I am making progress…I look forward to continuing this journey….all of the staff have been extremely nice and it’s a pleasant place to come to exercise. Lib Harriss
