The instructors are excellent, and I truly enjoyed going here while I was able to. *But* I have now experienced something that others have mentioned in other reviews -- their customer service around their cancellation policy is horrible.

I was a regular, and went multiple days a week. Never no-showed. I started a new job that doesn't allow me to go to Pilates anymore. I brought this to their attention immediately (you have to provide 30 days notice) and asked to cancel. They asked me to reconsider a lower-tier membership, rather than accepting the first time that I truly do not have the time anymore and need to actually cancel.

I obviously didn't show up any longer, as I am now working full time. It turns out all of my prior-booked classes for the last month of membership remained. Rather than notifying me about it, they just charged me for every single missed class, but with no email notifications about it. I should absolutely be getting an email that states when I have been charged a no-show fee. I didn't notice this until seeing the credit card statement later. They will not refund any of those fees, and they said if I try to work it out with my credit card company they'll just charge me again. It feels really, really scummy...especially for a business that advertises as being a really nice, caring community.

When you do join, they'll call you regularly to see if you like the classes. But once you cancel, they will gladly avoid reaching out to tell you if you're being charged regular no-show fees. I could have died and they wouldn't have cared about my sudden absence, as long as they're getting no-show money out of it.

I'd happily change the review rating if they could make this right. Any other compassionate business would have at least reached out to give me a heads up about the accruing no-show fees, which I would have really appreciated and probably would have let those fees go. But this business doesn't even care to offer a partial refund when I bring this to their attention. They're just gladly raking in days of no-show money in addition to my last month's membership fee.

Do Not get a membership here! I have been a member for over 3 years and have been trying to cancel my membership for over 2 months! I have call, text, and email about needing to cancel but yet they are still trying to charge me for another month!
I’m surprised at the treatment I have received in this matter. They do not care about you as a person and do nothing to try to make things right. Knowing what I know now I would not come back to this or this company.

With Jerica, it doesn’t matter if I take a level 1 class or a level 2 class, I get a fantastic workout with results. Jerica’s cues are easy to follow and she’s creative. She’s encouraging and pleasant. Love her!

They not only go through the instructions but help you in more ways than one so you can modify your work out when needed. The manager Dana is fantastic! I loveeeee Pilates! It has made such a difference in my flexibility and strength. I play pickleball and I’ve noticed what a difference it has already made with my mobility on the court and my strength in my drives. I also have a shoulder injury from birth and have limited range of motion on the left shoulder and wrist. I’m able to modify everything and still get a great workout and stretch. Jamison is a great instructor- I really love the way she teaches and the workouts she chooses.

7/22/2025: Fruzsina is a great instructor who challenges each class member to work at their optimal level, giving cues for different levels of various exercises. She makes sure everyone is doing each exercise correctly.

6/21/2025: Jerica is a fantastic instructor who always surprises me with new exercises for the Reformer Flow 1.5 class on Saturday mornings. Her focus on breathing and all the muscle groups is always needed. She had a new workout every single class. She is also a great person who cares about you beyond Pilates class.

5/21/2025: It was great to return to class at Club Pilates with Jerica instructing a Flow 1.0 class after a couple of weeks away while on vacation. Jerica is a great instructor.

4/7/2025: Jerica is an excellent instructor who works to make sure we have a great Reformer Flow 2.0 class every Monday. Her variety of exercises keeps every class different while focusing on working all muscle groups. Her focus on breathing is key to each class. She is one of my favorite instructors.

3/8/2025: Jerica is the newest instructor at the Holly Springs location and she is excellent. She has a great flow through the Reformer Flow 1, 1.5, and 2.0 classes. She has a plethora of exercises and no two classes are alike. She gives great cues to help understand the exercises. Love taking her classes.

2/4/2025: Celebrated my 500th completed class tonight with Andrea as instructor and Dana as studio manager. The community at this studio is like family as we support and encourage one another. Glad to be part of this studio's community.

1/4/2025: Jerica is a great instructor. She is encouraging and professional. She did a great job of introducing new exercises to work lots of muscles. Looking forward to more classes with her in the future.

11/30/2024: Bailey is a great classical Pilates instructor who is training to become a physical therapist. She is very good at adjustments for any injuries. She always gives optional progressions in Reformer Flow 1.5 to challenge those of us who accept the challenges. She is fun, friendly, and loves interactive feedback from class members.

10/24/2024: Phoebe is a high energy instructor who does a great job making sure everyone in the Reformer Flow 1.0 class is challenged. Although I also take Reformer Flow 2.0 classes, I am restricted to a certain time frame for class due to my work schedule and distance from the studio. Phoebe suggests progressions that challenge me while helping others new to Pilates to correct form. She is fun, friendly, and interacts well with everyone.

9/10/2024: Andrea really challenges is every week during Control 1.5. This class is Barre meets Pilates. There is lots of squat work at the bar. Glute work is a component of the class, as well as arm work and planks. Love this class. Andrea is a great instructor.

7/8/2024: Love Mandy as an instructor for Reformer Flow 2 class. Tonight she opted for mini step-ups on the box with springs instead of step-ups on the chair and I loved them. Step-ups on the chair are difficult for me due to fear of the height. Every class with Mandy is challenging and improves my strength and Pilates practice. Highly recommend Mandy as an instructor.

12/20/2023: Decided to go to an unlimited plan after realizing the 45-minute drive from Dunn is worth it. Really enjoy Reformer Flow 2 with Mandy on Monday night, Control 1.5 with Andrea on Tuesday night, Reformer Flow 1 with Christina on Wednesday night, and Reformer Flow 2 with Juliette on Thursday night. Looking forward to taking more classes and scheduling some on Saturdays.

10/18/2023: This is a great studio with excellent instructors. After taking an Intro class and two Reformer Flow 1.0 classes, it's time to level up (full disclosure, I've completed over 300 classes at the North Asheville Club Pilates before moving here). Excited to make the drive from Dunn to attend classes.

Jan 2025- Back after a short hiatus due to surgery. I was worried about getting back on track and not being as flexible as I was before my hiatus. Pat, as usual, was phenomenal at motivating me to move forward and reminding me why these sessions are so important. She cares and listens and adapts moves to keep me safe from injury while pushing me to my limits. She is my personal blessing! October update - I’ve been working with Patricia in private training for several months now. Due to years of arthritis in my knees and limited mobility, many muscle groups were weak. Pat has been wonderful teaching me how to adapt activities so I can eventually join a regular class. She is an expert on body alignment and muscle movement and always manages to find a way for me to accomplish an exercise. I’ve noticed amazing improvement in my core strength and balance as well as my agility in using stairs. If you have limited mobility from lack of strength/use, consider private training in Pilates to get your life back. You won’t regret it. AND ask for Pat as your trainer!

You can choose from many different teachers, so there is always one who suits you! I love Holly Springs Club Pilates! I attend 3 classes per week and have been doing so since October 2023. I get a fantastic workout and I love my instructors. I just finished my 100th class and really LOVE Pilates. I’m 75 years old and have asthma so the low-impact workouts are very helpful in keeping me stretched, flexible, and feeling stronger. All of the instructors I’ve had have been great but Pat was the instructor for my first class and she has been absolutely wonderful. She explains how the exercises help us, which has made me more aware of how I should move and breathe on a daily basis; and she has a great sense of humor. I’m not a person that likes to exercise but I’m finding that I always look forward to my next Pilates class.

They bait and switch. You will sign up, but never get a spot in a class. Just an endless waitlist purgatory as the weeks go by. You will be 8th, 9th or 10th on the waitlist and they will tell you to keep trying. Meanwhile the weeks go by and your fitness suffers. Do not sign up - they are COMPLETELY FULL. When I asked for my money back because the service that I paid for was not being delivered they said 'Well you signed a contract so you have to pay us'. Do not waste your money here.

Club pilates has elevated my overall fitness. Working with the reformer and the talented instructors at the Club Pilates @Holly Springs, I have finally started seeing the beginning stages of a six pack and @50yrs old,
I have impressed myself! Pilates is easy on your joints and you will feel muscles you didn’t realize you had! Whether you are new to pilates or an expert, there is a class for everyone. As I'm a beginner I still am not au fait with all the terminology and many of the moves. Andrea's class is more challenging the other few that I've had. As we were on the floor a lot it was difficult for me to see what others were doing because the Reformer was blocking the views. Also I was unable to do certain things as my left foot is fused and not at all limber. I'm sure as I become more supple and experienced then her class will be enjoyable.
I'm very happy that I joined and know that it will become really enjoyable as I become more familiar. This experience I'm giving a 3 but I give the club 5 stars.

I am writing this review in hopes it demonstrates a need for additional classes. I did the intro class and it was fantastic. I was ready to sign up for the unlimited, however prior to signing up I reviewed the classes and realized they are booked for the next three weeks. I looked at an additional location and it was the same. It is very hard to justify paying $250 a month if you cannot get into classes. You almost need to have a second membership at another facility to ensure you’ll be able to get in a workout. They should not be hosting so many intro classes and recruiting new customers when the facilities cannot sustain the growth. I hope to join in the future when there is greater availability in classes.

I went to this club. I signed up. The half price was for the membership fee not the pilates sessions sign up
Like any club I was going to book my next visit. I could not get in for 6 weeks. I was told that, I could try to book at another club, Far out in Raleigh or Durham. I live 3 miles from the HS location.
I could not believe it. They were signing people up and knowing that exercise, has to be consistent to see results. I took pilates in Cary years back. I went 3 times a week. They were never over booked. I do not understand how you can justify signing up new members and not take care of the members that are already have
I lost about 225.00 or so and I bought the smallest package.
They really did not have an explanation.
They called me back and tried to give me an appointment. The lady was nice, but I was finished with them after the initial visit. I have been a business owner and I look at the ends and outs of a business. They should tell you when you sign up that they do not know when you can get in again. I do not want to wait a couple of months to book my appointment s. I would go on line and see when I can book another session before I joined this establishment!!

I have been going to CP since last summer, and I am a huge fan and advocate of pilates! The community is so welcoming and helpful if unsure if new to the workouts, and the instructors are always there to assist. The reformers and accessories really help in boosting the workouts and I always leave feeling great and strong! Highly recommend this studio! Club Pilates is fantastic! All of the instructors are cheerful, supportive, informative, corrective, and challenging! Just left my first Pilates class and I feel great. I broke a sweat and feel like I had a great workout. Amy was super helpful when I came into the studio. She made sure I had what I needed to get started. During class she explained the moves and positions and even corrected me if I needed correcting but in a gentle way as to where I felt comfortable with her corrections. After undergoing a knee replacement, I begin working with Patricia in private training to strengthen my core and balance and learn the fundamentals of Pilates so I can eventually begin classes. Patricia is an amazing instructor in so many ways. She is very attentive to my form and great at explaining techniques so I do the exercises correctly and without injury. She is really knowledgeable on body mechanisms and quick to come up with adjustments that allow me to perform exercises within my limitations yet still meet goals. I love how she works with me without judgment and boosts my confidence in my ability to do the work. The best part is seeing my own progress and how good it feels. I can’t recommend Patricia enough and the Holly Springs Pilates Center to anyone who wants to be more active but is afraid they can’t do it.

Pilates is a great way to get into shape and stay there. The classes only take 50 minutes several times a week and, because they are a scheduled appointment, you do it versus those gym visits you plan to do, but then never happen.

I’ve been doing it 5+ years, starting when I was working and continuing now that I’m retired. Great for your golf game.

Instructors like Pat, Mandy, Amy and Andrea keep it varied and fun.
