Regularly practicing Pilates multiple days per week has provided wonderful benefits physically and mentally. It helps me kickstart my busy days by giving me the energy I need to teach-my body feels more toned and stronger! I love the instructors (Jessica, Karna, Liz, Reagan, Andrea, and Ashley are amazing). They each add their own unique energy and flavor to the class. It's a wonderful investment in my health and the Unlimited pass is the best value because you can attend as many classes as you want, go to both studios in town, and schedule classes in advance. I also love how responsive they are when you text them with a question. Thank you Club Pilates.

Terri, refund me for the class that YOU removed me from for assuming I’m not able to do an intermediate class.

Not a welcoming environment. Attitudes are a bit snobbish, which is surprising due to the nature of this business & it's aim of wanting to encourage women to enroll in their membership. And....I had to pay for socks due to me forgetting to bring mine.
This year, in Greenville, I attended the grand opening of another business & due to the owner not wanting individuals walking around with shoes-they gave out complementary pilate socks( socks with grips) ...and still do. I visited this business for a FREE session, & forgot to bring my socks with me. I was informed that I needed pilate socks upon walking in & shocked when they were offered for a price of $20. Complimentary socks should be set aside for participants who've forgotten their socks.
Absolutely will not be returning.

Honestly love the staff here and the classes are wonderful. They really work you but the instructor always pays attention to every single person in class and you don’t ever have to worry if you’re doing something wrong because they will notice before you and come help you correct it right away. It worth it!

If you regularly attend Pilates elsewhere, club Pilates 1.0 classes are not a challenging workout in any capacity, and truthfully a bit boring. Not worth $29. However, if you attempt to sign up for a more challenging class, you’ll have to go through an “approval process,” despite the fact that you paid for the class and know the risks you sign up for. This is ridiculous, as I was trying to have a challenging workout while in town visiting family. The receptionist who moved me to a more difficult class did not communicate this “approval” process to me, leading me to be unable to take a more challenging class in the time I was here. If the receptionist had communicated this requirement when I was trying to change my class in person, then the “approval process” could have been completed then and there. Her failure to know policy and to effectively communicate has heavily contributed to the disappointing experience. The process quite frankly is silly—they’ll tell you it’s for your safety but it really just seems snobby and a means to create an exclusionary clique environment. I was excited to see Pilates picking up in Greenville and it’s disappointing that this is the environment of the two studios offered here. Pilates is for everyone, start acting like it club Pilates.
