I love Coastal Pilates so much that I got my husband to sign up and now we do class once a week together. It’s such an awesome workout and Kristie and Jenna (and the occasional Camille) make it so fun! The hour always flys by and I feel so good. You can tell Kristie really loves Pilates and her community. She’s so patient with me when I struggle with an instruction. I’m excited every time I’m on my way and I always leave feeling great!

I took the Mixed Reformer class at Coastal Pilates and really enjoyed it! Christy was an excellent instructor—she gave clear directions and provided great modifications for anyone who needed them. The class was well-paced, challenging, and left me feeling strong and stretched. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely be back!

We come to Sunset Beach several weeks during the summer and various times throughout the fall and winter. So glad to have found Coastal Pilates. Great all-around workout and beautiful atmosphere. Cute merch but Kristie is the cutest. The workout was slightly different each time and left me feeling strong. I appreciate that the routine is different than my home studio but I still understood directions. Appreciate the cancellation policy as vacation can be spontaneous. My new favorite spot in SB!

Coastal Pilates is a fantastic Pilates studio. There are eight reformers and whole bunch of supplemental equipment. Instructors are phenomenal - super nice, super friendly, very creative with workouts and make classes so much fun! I love their choice of music to the workouts too! Love the merchandise selection too. Workouts in small groups are great as instructors incorporate variations for class participants. Whether you are in the area temporarily or for longer term Coastal Pilates is a definite stop for Pilates...a great workout!

I LOVE this pilates studio. Every time I come to visit I try and come for a few classes. Cayce is outstanding! I always feel stretched and sore in the right places and I love how she incorporates a the box, ball, weights, etc into the workout. I always get to try something new and it keeps me focused and in the moment. Can't wait to come back!

Coastal Pilates is fairly new to the area and is continuing to attract loyal followers. The class size is small, the studio is immaculate and beautifully appointed and the instructors are topnotch. The schedule provides lots of options and there are opportunities to purchase individual sessions and multiple packs. Check it out if you live in or are visiting Calabash, Sunset or Ocean Isle Beach, it's convenient to all.

Absolutely thrilled to have this reformer Pilates studio in Sunset Beach!The studio is beautiful & clean with state of the art reformers. All of the instructors are excellent -lots of fun yet challenging, as well. They explain each move clearly and always offer alternative moves for those who may have issues with the particular muscle/body part being worked.
