I've had an amazing experience training with Marshall.As a collegiate athlete, there are requirements for what weight training I needed and Marshall had no problem putting together a personalized program as well as pushing me everyday to be the best version of myself. Weights can be intimidating, but training with Marshall made weight lifting the best part of my day! I highly recommend for all ages!

If you’re looking for one on one training, you won’t find better. Marshall has been a huge help to me in just the few months I’ve been working out with him. He is always on time, and is very motivating and pushes me to do my best every session. He can work with you whether you’re a beginner, or just trying to go to the next level. He’s also helped shape my diet to get the most out of my workouts. I can’t say enough about how good of an investment he has been for my overall health. I wish I had more hands, I’d give him 4 thumbs up!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!
