Cor4Fitness does a fitness group at my daughter's daycare and she has LOVED it! Fitness with Ms. Kelsey has been one of the highlights of her year and we have really appreciated the chance for her to practice skills like balance and coordination, try new things, and have fun.

I won't ever be able to say enough about @cor4_fitness
The addiction is real... it is so much more than a gym or fitness center.
It is a sanctuary, one of my biggest sources of therapy, a place of progress beyond wildest expectations, a whole community... it is home.

I never thought I would be among those even thinking about trying it because of all my old injuries and ailments. And after being here a little over 6 months, I'm lifting weights that I haven't lifted in nearly 20 years and accomplishing physical feats I haven't even thought about since being a gymnast - all of which I honestly thought were just not in the cards for me anymore...ever.

I've been at Cor4 Fitness for over a year now. I'm so happy that I switched to this gym from my prior Crossfit gym. This isn't Crossfit. Instead, it is cross training, which includes weight lifting (all dumbells - no barbells- and body weight movements) with conditioning (fun cardio workouts). Cory and his team are masters of planning workouts. I love just showing up to the gym and not having to think about what exercises I'm going that day. No 2 workouts are ever the same and Cory and his team come up with fun workouts that want you to keep coming back (even if some are hard). All of the coaches are great people really wanting to help you. They are patient and can help you figure out best ways of scaling workouts if you have an injury or some concerns with a particular movement. Lastly, I love that this gym isn't full of 20 year old college kids. I typically go to the 5 or 6 pm classes during the week and most of the folks there are working professionals (40s and older). So don't feel intimidated. The crowd is very very friendly. Even though the gym is expensive, it's worth the cost for the friendly classmates and amazing coaches and workout plans.

Cor4 is hands down the best place to work out in Chapel Hill. Every trainer is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly encouraging. I haven’t felt this strong and fit since my 20s! If you’re looking for a motivating, effective workout and a great community, I can’t recommend Cor4 enough!

Very impressed with this place. As a woman in her 40s it can often feel intimidating to go to a gym. However, I was impressed by how much they inquired about my specific lifting and fitness goals. I’ve been working out here for three years. This gym has seen me go through pregnancy, postpartum, and divorce. No matter what I keep showing up. Not because I am that type of person but because the environment here is so supportive. I couldn’t imagine what my life would be like without the consistent kindness from the trainers and members.

As someone who considers themselves an introvert and has never participated in athletics (or exercise of any kind), I’ve been able to find a home at Cor4!
The trainers make sure to keep up with you on a personal level - not only to make sure you’re doing everything appropriately and safely, but to make sure you feel comfortable in the environment! They get to know your strengths and weaknesses to help you crush your goals and always make sure that you’re challenging yourself.
The community is very welcoming and passionate about fitness which helps keep me motivated!

Best place to really fall in love with fitness!!
The workouts are tough, sure, BUT you quickly start to get excited at how it makes you feel after. Not to mention the people who you have cheering on the sidelines and pushing you through. Most places say they have a fitness community which you quickly find out it’s not true, yet here you truly see it and experience it. As a shy introvert I really appreciated it during my first weeks, how absolutely welcoming everyone was and how comfortable they’ve made me feel all this time.
Not to mention how amazing all the trainers are !!!!!!!!!! !!!! !!!!! Everyday I am still impressed at how much they actually care to see the members progress and thrive. They are all just the perfect mix of sugar, spice and everything nice! In other words superheroes.

Updating my previous review: I was going to talk about my experience at MY gym but what I witnessed yesterday was so nice to see, I have to share. We had a new person in our class and she didn't seem to be a person who knew much about workouts in general and or several of the movements/exercises we were doing. I watched her throughout the hour and it was so nice to see the coach so focused on helping her-making sure she was doing all the movements correctly and the coach was so patient and kind and not for one second did the coach seem irritated or in a hurry to get her going so they could move on (everyone else knew what to do and how to do it). It was all about making her safe--making her feel comfortable at a gym that can be intimidating to walk into. That is what this gym is about. It is a group of people who care. The trainers along with fellow gym members--making sure we are all doing our best. I loved seeing this yesterday--I am super proud to be a member at Cor4 ❤️
Seeing your body composition change and having others notice is amazing but even more amazing is the strength I’ve gain after one year at Cor4. Everyday is a different workout and the coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging.

I’ve worked out my whole life at different intensities and at different gyms. I’ve done everything from going on my own to hiring a personal trainer to kickboxing classes. When the pandemic hit, I allowed myself to get out of shape and stopped my healthy exercise habits. I started going to Cor4 in July of 2022 at the urging of a friend who is a member. A year and a half later, I feel strong and motivated. Cory designs fantastic workouts and his trainers are all top notch. I feel pushed without feeling shamed and the entire team wants you to be the best version of yourself. I’m definitely not the most slim I’ve ever been, but I’m by far the strongest I’ve ever been. I highly recommend this community of inspiring people for your elevated gym experience.

Cor4 is the magic bullet if you want to get fit, gain muscle and lose fat. It’s simple - show up and do the work. The small classes and individual stations (you have your own tread, bike, rower AND weight rack!) are like personal training, but with friends! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and clearly love what they do. I’ve never been in better shape and all I’ve done is come to class consistently and put in the effort. A fun, challenging, and ever evolving fitness studio. Trainers are hands on and are constantly watching form and technique so you have a safe workout. Their energy is always positive but not corny. You couldn't ask for a better fitness facility than Cor4. The staff is super knowledgeable and caring. They never tire of making sure you understand the varied workouts and that you are doing them with the correct form. I’ve been to a LOT of gyms in the area - almost all of them 😆. I’ve stayed here because I love to sweat every day (keeps me sane and healthy) and I get bored easily. Cor4 is very challenging (I did CrossFit for years before this), but also beginner-friendly. It’s different every day, and you will see measurable results. Being active is a must for me. That said, when left to my own devices, I always default to running or cardio. At Cor4, I have learned a lot about overall fitness and strength as well as the importance of it in combination with cardiovascular fitness.
The workouts are created daily to focus on a specific area. The trainers explain the goal and how best to approach the workout to help you maximize your results. The facility is itself is exceptional and spacious. Each station has a designated weight rack, bar, bike, rower, and treadmill per person so there is no sharing or overlap during class.
The small class sizes allow the trainers to focus on form as well as to encourage progression towards your individual fitness goals. Regardless of your fitness level, the workouts allow individuals to complete workouts at their own speed. This gym offers so much encouragement and support as a community that I hate missing a day!
If you are looking to for a great workout, have some fun, and challenge yourself then check out Cor4! This is an amazing community of people who encourage and support each other led by extremely knowledgeable owners and trainers. You won’t regret it!

Cor4 is truly unique among the boutique gym scene. I’ve been a member of a lot of different gyms and have worked with many trainers; I have never felt as welcomed and immediately part of the community as at Cor4. Cory creates brand new workouts every single day; they’re always fun, challenging, and the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. The classes are small (max of 6 people right now), so trainers are able to provide incredible personal attention and coaching and are always willing to adapt a workout to best fit your needs or limitations. The facility is gorgeous and spacious, with every person having their own space and dedicated top-of-the-line equipment. They recently installed top-of-the line UV filters and make sure that every inch of the space is fully sanitized between classes. They also offer outdoor boot camps for variety or if you prefer exercising outside. You won’t regret joining the Cor4 family!

I am so happy I found this fitness center!! It has been great to have a gym to go to during these times that abides by safety precautions but also provides high quality workouts. The trainers are all super helpful and provide one-on-one attention and the gym is top notch! Love this place and definitely recommend anyone to come check it out if you’re looking for a new gym with fun and innovative workout classes.

We have worked out with Cory for years and he is awesome. All of the trainers at Cor4 Fitness are great and are knowledgeable, helpful and will push you within your limits. The workouts are different every day-you don’t feel like you are just doing the same thing over and over. The studio has a great layout, is clean, you have your own equipment, there are nice bathrooms/showers and a beautiful handmade table in the lobby to chat with friends before and after class! The owners, Cory and Allison, really do make you feel welcome, want you to have a good experience and have created a welcoming place for all fitness levels to work out. We love being part of the Cor4 family!!

As a trainer and consumer of group fitness / personal training - you will not find anything else like this in the triangle. It is so worth the thirty minute drive. It’s not just an amazing gym with your own lane so you don’t have to share equipment or weights it really is a community. The trainers are so highly skilled and concerned that your workouts are both safe and effective. There’s no place like it try it for yourself
