Best Gym in LKN Area! Phenomenal Gym w/out the fluff. Matt, the owner is extremely customer focused & also works out here so ensures it’s a gym he wants to work out at … the staff are friendly & legit …. they’re strength & conditioning experts….who also train here. I work nearby which is extremely convenient however on the weekends even though I live 30 minutes away I drive by a myriad of gyms to work out here on Sat/Sun.

They have all the CrossFit and firefighting equipment I want: 3 Olympic lifting sets, two large tires, hammers to emulate keiser, a functional training green floor, battle ropes, Jacob’s ladder. No one filming for the gram, staring at others or nonsense like that. Just individuals pushing toward their goals in a friendly environment. People are kind and polite can’t really complain for the price, convenience and sense of peace.

Corefit has been one of the best gyms I've ever been a part of. I love that its a smaller, family owned gym because everyone knows each other and we all treat each other with respect. Corefit's saying "where members become family " is nothing short of true. The atmosphere is comforting and all of the members are serious and committed to their health which displays a great image for the gym and the surrounding community. I can't think of any other 24 hour gym that doesn't get crowded and you don't have to wait for equipment. In my opinion, you can't get a better gym in the Lake Norman area!!

Not overcrowded, 24 hrs, no one asks to jump in your set like other places..no corporate bs policies like " planet shhhtness" 😜 no "big brother" telling you what you can or cannot do, towels provided at front desk. The only slight disadvantage (personally)is the lighting in the main part of the gym at night, that's not a complaint, I just wish the lights were brighter so I could see my muscles popping better.(that's the only thing I would improve on),(The 2 other parts of the gym are well light).. all the equipment necessary for gainzz!!

At first I was really scared about coming to a new gym but I am so glad I choose CoreFit. Coming in they made me feel welcomed and took the extra effort to get to know me and understand my fitness goals. All of their staff members are extremely helpful and nice. The gym is also well maintained and kept clean at all times. I would recondment CoreFit to anyone looking for a new gym or a gym to start at!

Called prior to coming to see if they were open. Owner answered and asked if was a member. I explained no and wanted to try out to see if I'd like to join. He explained he only worked 10-12 on Sunday. Understood. End of convo. I went to the gym. Pulled in as the owner did. Followed in said I would like to purchase a day pass to see if I wanted to join. At this point, he then stated there are no day passes. Either join up long time or nothing.

Horrible customer service does deserve 1 star.

To be clear, you could have mentioned when I called.

Also, like to add my friend that told me about you being open worked out for the day only. And SHE didn't pay for the day pass. I guess we will both be going elsewhere.

Left after three years for a more convenient gym. Charged me for an extra month because I didn't give "30 days". I don't remember that during the sales spiel and I never got a copy of the contract. Plus they started charging an annual equipment fee, but I never saw new equipment. Saved $30 a month by going to a new gym in the area. They didn't ask me why I was leaving, so I didn't tell them. If they'd offered to match the other gym's price and acted like they cared I was changing, I might have stayed. Competitors are now here -- and they acted like they want my business.

This is a great neighborhood gym with a wide variety of machines and options for working out. All cardio machines have their own TVs, you can hook up your phone to the machine or to Wifi, and they have their own music playing in the background. It is a family owned business and you can tell they take a lot of pride in their establishment. Everyone is extremely friendly, and the personal trainers are excellent. It never seem too crowded, and there is more than enough room for everyone to get in their workout no matter what time of day. They also really are open 24-7, which is extremely convenient! This is a great gym and I highly recommend it!

This is the first gym that I have ever actually loved going to. I joined about a month ago and am down 4% in body fat. It's all most never busy and Tommy the trainer is awesome. CoreFit 24/7 is the cleanest gym I have been a member of, ever. The bathrooms are spotless, smell clean, and offer complimentary toiletries.
The equipment is clean, in excellent condition, and there is no shortage...more than enough free weights, machines, and cardio equipment (which each have a TV mounted on them.) I love the training room that offers functional/metabolic training equipment so I am never bored with my workouts. The friendly and approachable staff always greet me by name and have created an inviting environment that is not intimidating or over crowded like most gyms in the area. They are always willing to answer questions or provide workout tips.

I could not be happier with my experience at CoreFIT! The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Since the gym has a smaller number of members, it is never crowded and you can always use the machine or equipment you want. Having a monthly membership and not having to sign a contract is another great feature, and I don't feel like I'm being used for money but rather that I am a valued member of the gym. I have only positive things to say about this fitness center and have recommended it to all my friends!

After moving from NJ, I was looking for a gym to go to that I could come and work out and be swarmed by a lot of people. This gym is nice because I can bring my girlfriend, who is also a member, and work out together and she does not feel overwhelmed by the machines and the amount of people. They also offer four free personal training sessions, which is so nice for someone looking to get on the right track in their workout program. No matter what time I go in, there is never more than 7 people in the gym. Matt has done a great job organizing the gym for someone who is not familiar with the machines by grouping them together by body part. Overall, I am completely satisfied with my choice in gyms and cannot be happier at CoreFit.
