I’ve been going to Core Power for a month or so and doing Yoga Sculpt and sometimes it’s a hit or miss with instructors. I love Yoga Sculpt but the studio is absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms are so dirty and they never have wipes to clean your yoga mats, weights, etc. It’s obvious they don’t hire a professional cleaner. Considering how expensive the membership is the studio should be clean at all times.

If I could give 10 stars I would for whoever did the 12:15 class on 05/19/25! I forget what the instructors name is and I can’t find it online but she is a blonde woman and she’s the best instructor I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to nearly 50 classes all across North Carolina and I’ve never felt as comfortable and had as much fun as I did with her. She was so encouraging and attentive to everyone’s needs. It was extremely challenging as well. I highly recommend.

I’ve only been to this location once, of dozens around the country, and Keisha was incredibly helpful, generous and epitomizes the best of clothes core power community.

I recently went to this CorePower location and I was really excited to try out their studio. I wanted to like this place; however, I have had two instances that made me feel that it is not for me. First, I went to the class on Saturday to try it out. When I arrived, there were firetrucks and I was waiting outside with a group of other people. We waited outside for 20 mins, waiting for someone to come notify us about what was happening. The firemen eventually came out and let us know that everything was okay. I waited another 5 mins and still no one had come out, so I decided it was time to leave. Then, I see the girl who works there in her car starting to back up and leave. It was not until we walked up to the car we were informed that our class was canceled. I thought this was a little weird because she could have come and told us instead of leaving. Okay, not a problem. I understand things happen. The second time around, I decided to give it another shot yesterday. I understood this class would have low heat, considering they are having issues with their heating system. Again, not a big deal. We started the class and the instructor was really nice. However, she kept moving around, messing with the blinds, going over to her phone, changing the music, changing the temperature, or changing the volume of the music. It was kind of frustrating having to turn constantly to look for her in order to see what the next exercise was going to be. The workout was mediocre at best. Overall, I will not be back.

We visited this location while traveling and Emma gave us the absolute best workout. She was encouraging, challenging, and communicative about each part of our Sculpt class. Would totally recommend for someone looking for a great workout that'll keep you going for days!

I loved the intensity of the experience. I burned 400 calories in one workout. The Yoga Sculpt class was highly challenging without being draining. I left feeling energized. I did need to rest and hydrate the following day because it was my first time doing a heated yoga class. I would definitely go back for more classes and recommend it to friends.

Welcoming studio, with wonderful energy! Great instruction! But as I am an advanced yoga student I would love more options not heated that are higher than C1. Overall Mackenzie did challenge use in the C1 by going through higher levels options within a pose. Felt extremely safe, loved the circle cards to say whether to assist or not- wish every studio has those cards!

I was super excited about this location because it is super close to me I’ve been looking for a new studio. I had my first class this week and I LOVED it and enjoyed the instructor. I like to go to yoga at least 3 times a week if I can. On my first week trial I wanted to get as many classes as I could, to really know if this studio would be for me. I pulled up 15 minutes early as requested, there were no parking spots. I waited the 15 minutes and by the time class started there were still no parking spots. I tried to call the studio for any suggestions and their “call center” was closed. Couldn’t find anything online about parking other than “55 spots available” there is no way that tiny parking lot has 55 spots. Though non the less, I wasn’t able to go to yoga tonight and I was super excited. I do not think this location is going to be for me because if this reason, which is disappointing because it is the most convenient. I understand it is not the staff’s fault there was no parking, but at least have a phone number I can call to say I will be past their requested arrival time and figure out another option :(

Thank you for a GREAT Time! I came to the CPY Midtown Studio on a Biz Trip to Charlotte. I am a "Black tag" member in So Cal and love practicing at CPY because my membership allows me to practice all over the US and I know what to expect in each of the classes CPY has to offer. I took both C2 and HPF at the Midtown Studio and had a blast in both classes. C2 offered a lot of play and HPF was perfectly hot and slow as HPF should be. Highly recommend!

CorePower is much more than a studio. It is a community of caring and knowledgeable instructors who are accepting of students from all backgrounds and experience levels. The studios are modern and clean and they offer a variety of classes and community events. Highly recommend.

I was in town for an overnight layover, and decided to take a class. I was greeted by Mackenzie (I believe that was her name), who was super sweet and helpful. Really made me feel welcome even though the chances of me being a future client are slim to none given that I live in CA. Some of my local boutique fitness studios aren’t as nice as Mackenzie! Great class, great studio, great experience. If I’m in town again, I’ll 100% be back!

Used the site's offer to take advantage of some free sessions and was impressed. I visited on July 10 for the Hot Yoga. This was a first time experience but the instructor was very engaging. Would definitely invest in a membership or per class option to come back.

Very disappointed. I booked a yoga session last week and once I arrived to the studio the teacher told me that I would be the only student attending the session.. fine for me but she was not really motivated so I left.. I asked her if she could at least call the student if they rather not doing the class due for low participant and said that she doesnt have any contact info. Why are we sharing our information on the website then?
Since this day I'm trying to call the studio to finally try to fit in a class and no one answer, after 3 ring the phone cut the call.

The woman who checked me in at the front desk was very rude. I was a brand new customer and I signed up for my free trial week and she would not let me in to the class without an ID which she claimed was a brand new policy even though the other girl working there hadn’t heard of it. They lost my business and my friends. Bad customer service.
