About the Club

CCT is a small group strength training center. We offer personal training, as well as classes of no more than 10 people focused on making people move and feel better at all stages of life. Our mobility x strength classes are a great option for all backgrounds as they focus on lower impact strength training movements and restoring mobility to areas of the body that may not be moving as well as they should. All trainers at CCT are certified and have extensive backgrounds in working with various ages, genders, and past injuries.

This exercise studio has small classes and focused class plan. I didn’t think it was going to be as hard as it was, but it was really challenging! I liked the size of class and Jen, the coach, was great- both at. Explaining the moves and looking to make corrections.

I attended my first group training class at CCT last week. Conversations came up over the course of the week with friends, coworkers, and clients and a common theme seemed to flow out of my mouth as I reflected- “I left feeling healthier.”

It also helped that the two conversations I had with Jen (the owner) made it directly into an Instagram post AND the CCT newsletter.

This made me feel heard and now I’m a fan.

Thank you Jen and the CCT team for positively contributing to the Charlotte fitness community. Keep up the good work!

P.S. thank you Jenna Crofts (stretch and trainer extraordinaire) for the introduction!

The best strength training I've ever done. CCT is welcoming to all levels and the trainers are very knowledgable to help not only educate clients but help them workout safely through injury modifications!

I am so grateful for CCT. It is the perfect gym for people who desire small classes and thoughtful, full body programming. These workouts help you train and maintain strength for runners, bikers, climbers, and anyone who just wants to be fit for life.

I love CCT. With the intentionally small class sizes and knowledgeable coaching staff, I’m able to get the personalized instruction I want. The community is welcoming, and the equipment is fantastic. I’ve felt so much stronger and energetic since joining this gym!

I’ve been to many boutique gyms in CLT, but this is easily the best one. The format is the best I’ve seen. From agility to conditioning to strength, I’ve seen significant improvements after years of feeling plateaued. Not now! Since Spring 2023, I continue to see gains. The trainers are some of the very best, music is good, and I cannot say enough how great the format is. I’m in my best shape since my 20’s. And I’m confident I will be my absolute best soon enough! Many thanks to Jen and her team!

Small group size with a good variety of strength, conditioning and mobility training. Atmosphere is great! This location is brand new too! TRX, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, med balls, BOSU trainer. Lots of different equipment; workouts are fun, challenging and new everyday. Check it out!
