Zach, Amanda, and Cody are some of the best coaches I have ever worked with. I am military and have done CrossFit all across the country, CrossFit MTA is by far the best!

Awesome facility and group of people. Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and are great at meeting you where you are. They do their own programming and write their own WODs (that goes a long way in my books). Great place for the beginner and the advanced athlete!

The benefit of being a part of this community is invaluable! CrossFit MTA has a group of the best coaches around, who I believe to be some of the best humans that I personally know. Coach Cody creates well-rounded, diverse workouts and there are an array of modifications for people at every level. CrossFit MTA certainly has a meet you where you are approach and every member and coach is inclusive and welcoming. Someone is always there to give you a helping hand and encouraging words! The community environment and sense of family is strong and it's the most wonderful thing to be a part of. I've tried over a dozen different gyms (traditional and CrossFit alike) and this is the only place that has truly felt like home. We are the best group of Misfits, come join us, I can assure you that you won't regret it!

Best local gym, hands down. Coach Cody, Amanda, and Zach are all amazing!! I started in January of this year and have gained so much confidence and strength. Don’t be intimidated by the CrossFit name. The coaches can help you achieve any movement with many modifications until you reach a point of actually being able to do the movements with out the modifications. I’m a testament to that. Not only are the workouts doable for EVERYONE, the community and friendships gained here will last you a lifetime. Every single member is supportive and encouraging!! Come check out CrossFit MTA. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!! I know I don’t.

This is a great environment for anyone from a beginner to someone who is experienced in working out. Coaches always make you feel comfortable annd welcome, and are very helpful in meeting your individual goals. I would 100% recommend CrossFit MTA for anyone looking for a great way to get in shape and stay in shape.

Whether you are a member or just stopping in for a WOD, everyone at CrossFit MTA is treated like family and given the best Crossfit MTA has to offer. I have been a member since September 2021. The coaches are amazing, well trained and pay attention to each individual. The programming is exceptional and targeted to meet specific goals. Crossfit MTA has enhanced my life not only with fitness but everything in general-especially mental toughness to handle any challenges of life. The support system and tools learned during each class extend beyond the box! You will feel comfortable no matter where your fitness level is and you’ll definitely feel like family!
