At DSDQ Fitness we strive to make fitness fun and entertaining for the entire family in Fayetteville, NC. The Fitness Center offers personal training, boot camps, weight loss services and group classes. DSDQ in Fayetteville offers packages to cover all of your health needs.
The Active Wellness Program will target the root causes of weight and health issues by identifying bad habits and develope new ones. DSDQ in the Fayetteville area offers multiple outside activities and with our boot camps and other programs, we will teach you how to get the entire family more involved and away from the video games. I have been working out consistently with Kori, for about nine months now and can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while. Between my struggles with depression and being an introvert, I knew going to a conventional gym would set me up for failure. Which is why I was more than grateful to have stumbled upon D, at DSDQ, who had the perfect set up for what I had in mind. Not only was D very personable, but he was very understanding when it came to discussing my goals and obstacles up to that point. Knowing I was in capable hands, I signed up the very same day and for one-on-one sessions with Kori, who has been a phenomenal trainer. Not only is she down-to-earth, but she’s also very knowledgeable as well. For example, she does a great job of explaining the fundamentals of different exercises and techniques, so that you don’t just go through the motions because you’re being told to. This helps significantly when I want to or need to work out on my own. It’s also been great having someone who listens when I’m struggling and doesn’t mind suggesting accommodations. This has not only allowed me to see physical results like I’ve never seen before, but helped me with my anxiety and mental wellbeing. Overall, everyone I’ve met has been amazing and I genuinely enjoy going to the gym now.

D Allen is an amazing trainer. He's motivated to help you improve, which in turn motivates and inspires you to push forward towards your goals. He takes into consideration your past injuries, weaknesses, and self doubts to construct a meal and workout plan that challenges you, but also protects you from further injuries. I had multiple past injuries and was struggling to get back into the gym without reaggravating them, my eating habits were also terrible. After a month with D I'm down 15 pounds and have both lost fat and gained a good bit of muscle. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had the pleasure of working with D'Allen for 5 months. From the absolute beginning through the last day of working with him, he was the consummate professional. He interviewed me to gage my level of commitment. He started me off with an exercise regime that worked personally for my degree of fitness. This man combines dietary, movement (kinesiology), cardiovascular optimization, and the ever-so-important heart and soul for getting your self into shape!! I am an overweight man looking to get fit. D'Allen personalized my training program to fit exactly what I needed. With D'Allen's guidance I'm down 27 lbs the RIGHT way. My body has changed, I am markedly stronger. Started working with D’Allen at the start of 2021. I walked in with a goal in mind: to participate in Spartan Races. For six months, D’Allen trained me. We worked on fundamental exercises, then moved up to weightlifting, mobility, and endurance workouts. I put the work in, and D’Allen always gave me more than what I ask for. I owe much of my success in my football career to those summers training with D. I've been working with D since June of 2019. I needed a trainer who was versed in dealing with folks with injuries so that I wouldn't get hurt worse being in the gym since I had been dealing with a recurring injuries from martial arts.

He's so intuned with what my body is doing and what it's not, he's able to really customize our traning time to what I'm needing verses just making it a "cookie cutter" work out that I've seen other trainings do. He cares about what your thinking in your head and also knows when to "stop" and say, we need to move on to do something else or lower weight... that form and not getting hurt is more important then weight and we both like to say your MINDSET MATTERS!

We had to 1st build up strengh in the areas where my body was over compensating which takes time when you do it correctly. Now, I'm excited my alignment overall is much stronger and we are on to doing heavier weight to build some lean muscle mass now. I'm so much stronger then when I first came in, it takes a lot of time and patience. D is more in partnership with you verses just being a trainer. I don't believe you get all this at a big box gym! I'm grateful to have had D referred to me.

Dallen and the trainers of DSDQ are some of the best fitness instructors around. The classes are balanced to focus on overall fitness,strength, and endurance without pushing into the injury zone. Technique is a priority, and hard-work is a must. The other class participants are very supportive and helpful as well. All of the classes have a variety of skill, strength, and age levels represented. D pretlow is a true professional, with an unwavering mission to provide the highest quality experience. It is definitely worth dropping in to take one or more of the classes offered.
