This place is just massive. They have every kind of equipment you could think of. They run a million classes in every crevice of the building simultaneously. Some classes are most advanced than others.
The one thing we love is the camp program. My kids have never complained about going. They go on field trips almost every day. That’s a great value. They come home worn out and happy. The staff is so kind and maintain order even with a room full of kids.
And my kids are learning strong Christian values. They come home with a new story that they’ve learned each week. It’s nice to see.

I would not recommend this establishment. The building is old, smells unpleasant inside, and is not well-maintained. Communication has been consistently poor, and we’ve already had several issues—including one serious incident where my explicit instructions were ignored, ultimately resulting in law enforcement being involved.

Most recently, my daughter had both a cheer showcase and a dance at her school on the same day. For the cheer event—which was recreational, not competitive—they expected her to arrive 3.5 hours early for photos and warm-ups which Is certainly a bit excessive . I never received any communication about this because their system was only sending notifications to her mother. I had already asked them to fix this issue, and they claimed it was corrected the day before the showcase .

On the day of the showcase, I received a voicemail after warm-ups had started, simply asking when she’d be arriving and noting that she still had hours before her performance. I immediately called back twice but got no answer. I then texted the coach—whose contact information I had only obtained the day before after persistent effort—and was told that my daughter would not be allowed to perform. If the voicemail had made it clear that her participation was at risk, I would have left her school dance and brought her immediately.

This pattern of disorganization and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, especially when it impacts children. I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable and professionally run program for gymnastics and cheer

This place has become a second home. Becca and Josh are fantastic coaches who really care about bringing out the best in their athletes. The ninja program is also great I have a special needs son that loves going and the coaches there work well with him. I have another son that goes to the daycare during the day and he loves their staff. He can't wait to go to "school" everyday. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

I am deeply disappointed with the staff and handling of situations at this gym/cheer studio. My experience was not only frustrating, but it highlighted a complete lack of professionalism and care for the well-being of the children they are meant to serve.

During my fiancés legal custody time, he called ahead to inform the studio who would be picking up his daughter and asked for their assistance in letting his daughter know. Instead of adhering to this simple request, the staff misguidedly sought permission from the other parent, which was unnecessary and entirely inappropriate.

His custody order does not require her mother’s permission for pickups during his time. When his pickup person arrived with court documents in hand to confirm everything, the staff witnessed a shocking and aggressive altercation where the mother physically blocked access to his daughter, surrounded by others, creating an unnecessary and emotionally harmful scene.
Rather than step in to assist, the staff refused to get involved, outright ignored our pleas for help, hung up on his call, and even refused to pick up when he tried to reach them again. This could have all been avoided had someone stepped in to facilitate or simply followed the legal custody documentation provided.

His daughter had to be exposed to an upsetting altercation, and law enforcement eventually had to be called. After a police officer threatened action against her mother, the situation was resolved with his child being returned to us—but this all took nearly an hour of unnecessary stress for everyone involved, including his child.

On top of this, the studio has continually ignored the court order requiring both parents to be informed of sign-ups, schedules, competitions, or changes. He's been left out of every important decision and event related to his daughter’s involvement here. It’s clear this studio has a severe bias toward the female parent and lacks regard for fairness, legality, or the emotional well-being of the children.

To any parent considering this place for their child, I encourage you to think again. This studio does not adhere to court-ordered custody agreements, allows unsafe and chaotic pick-up situations to unfold, and frankly, does not seem to care about doing the right thing. If you value the safety and emotional stability of your children, I urge you to avoid this place. They do not stand up for their students, nor do they address serious situations responsibly.

My children began their gymnastics journey at Nick's Flippin Kids, a gym we cherished for its supportive and nurturing environment. However, since the transition to Element Gymnastics, we have experienced significant issues that compelled us to leave. Both my child and I even worked there as recreational coaches and summer camp assistants, but the gym was chaotic and disorganized.

Safety became a major concern due to inadequate equipment, insufficient coach training, and improper spotting. We also noticed a lack of progression in skills, and in some cases, regression. The gym no longer embodied the Christian, family-oriented values we initially appreciated.

For those seeking a gymnastics home, I strongly recommend exploring other gyms in the area. Be sure to ask detailed questions and carefully inspect the gym facilities, rather than relying solely on their online presence. Your child's safety and development deserve the best possible environment.

Witnessed a woman in her early 50s harass and physically assault a much younger woman in line at a competition this past weekend. I am immediately removing my child from this environment. The older lady jumped out of line and would not leave the younger one alone. My sister was considering enrolling my niece in the program but has since changed her mind after witnessing what she did. I hope you guys have some sort of system to prevent such aggressiveness in the future. This woman didn't even do anything. She walked up and took her place in line and the older lady was feral.

I love Element gymnastics. I have kids in the tots and preschool gymnastics classes and we have a blast! We love Coach Laura. Everyone at Element is welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and safety is priority. I will definitely consider other childcare programs here such as camps and after school care. My family highly recommends this business.

We have two kids on the cheer team, it is typical pricing for competitive sports. However, with both our girls on the team… it is extra expensive. Took one star away because the discount for multiple athletes is not great.
Overall, I have seen amazing things. The coaches (including ones on other sport and gymnastics teams) give help when they can. It is a knowledgeable staff but with the family gym environment. That is what means the most to us and our girls. They are not a # but a person.

I've been very happy with this gym. My daughter was going to another gym previously for several years but she has progressed so much faster in the few months she has been at this gym for gymnastics. The level 3 coach really inspires the girls to do their best. They learn technical moves and practice is really focused on getting better at skills necessary for moving to competitive. Also if you have a boy that is interested in gymnastics they seem to have the best boys gymnastics I've seen at any gym. Their skills are impressive!
The facility can use some updates, but they are working with what they got. I highly recommend gymnastics at this facility.

I wanted to edit to add, the coach for the younger classes (and I believe she is the director of recreation possibly?) is just so dedicated to the gym. She gets to know all of the parents and the kids regardless of what level they are in. She always has a smile on her face. They had a showcase for the girls to practice performing their skills in front of an audience like competition and she got all of the girls little squishmallows along with a medal. I just thought that was so sweet and worth mentioning.

Our daughter started with the gymnastics team 8 months ago. She has been doing competitive gymnastics for 8 years and we wish we had found Element sooner in her journey. She has so much less anxiety going into competition season, while still striving to do her best. She also is a Coach in Training and loves this! Her plan is to be a competitive gymnastics coach so this is an amazing opportunity for her.

We started my 4 year old here about Tei months ago. She is absolutely loving it. Her teacher is full of energy and extremely positive. My daughter cried the first class and she was able talk her through it and get her excited. There are some kids that struggle in class and the teacher is SO good at working with them individually.

My daughter (3) has been attending gymnastic classes for almost 5 months and it has been wonderful. She looks forward to all her classes. The activities are catered to her age development and great at keeping her active. Her coaches are amazing. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Even with a class full of toddlers, they still are able help each child develop their skills.

We love the Element Kids Preschool program! Our little one had a difficult time focusing and listening in large groups of children. The Preschool teachers gave her the individual care she needed throughout the day, and now she is thriving with her preschool friends. It was my son’s first day of parent tot gymnastics and it was fantastic! Being 2, I was worried he would have a hard time listening to instructions (and he did) but the coaches were so kind and said it wasn’t a problem and let him really enjoy himself and do a ton of exploring! The patience of the coach and the coach in training were truly incredible. We will be back and the 25 minute drive is so worth it!

Warning! You may want to reconsider. Our kids went to gymnastics their for 5 years with no issues until the last 6-9 months.. As parents we have the best interest for or kids and will fight for them if they are being coached or treated differently.. we voiced our concerns to ownership multiple times at first regarding why the head coach was missing so many practices and competitions being the head coach, to why our kids are being ostracized by the head coach to the toon of not speaking to and or coaching / working with our kids for atleast a couple months. This all being communicated to ownership not one breath was spoken to the head coach in over 3-4 months.. Thus this came to head, where the head coach made false allegations against me to get our children kicked out of the gym, all because we questioned things happening and wanted our children to be coached by all coaches including the head coach just as every other gymnast was.

On top of this, my wife had a meeting with ownership regarding our concerns and the head coaches parents showed up at 9pm during meeting demanding to speak to my wife, and after they were told to leave they still stayed and threatened to follow my wife home and speak with her their if they couldn’t talk to her at the gym. This kept my wife sitting in the back for over 45 minutes without being able to leave. This led to police being called etc and 3 days later we were asked to leave. ( how did her parents even know my wife was their unless the coach told them)

How were we at fault and yet all we did was raise concerns regarding our children and how they were being treated differently?

Be aware, and think twice before you send your kids here.

Element Gymnastics & Sports Center I am truly disappointed. I think this place is great for gymnastics and cheer(from what I have seen picking my daughter up for after school care) As far as after before and after school care….not so much!!!! In the mornings for drop off everything has been wonderful! The people there in the morning have been amazing, but after school care is a different story. The first day of kindergarten my child was “forgotten” at school. There were multiple stories given as to why. They did correct their mistake and had her picked up but the lady at the front desk was absolutely RUDE about it when I asked what was going on. She assured me that my daughter was being picked up, but that wasn’t that point. We called that morning to make sure my daughter was on the pickup list (becuse they just added Wilson mill’s elementary to their before and after care) and we received a phone call later that day asking if school was in session that day. We do appreciate the guy that went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was picked up (wish I knew his name). In the beginning of enrollment we had to call several times to get information. It was pure chaos. I was so excited for my daughter to be involved in a facility of leaning about Jesus while having fun, but it just didn’t work out. I can not thank the before school care team enough becuse they were amazing but after school care was absolute chaos! Hopefully for the future kids, and parents, that go here will have a better experience.

I visited element gymnastics to inquire about summer camp for my child after hearing great things from a neighbor who takes his children there for ninja classes.

When I walked in and asked the lady who was working the front desk for more information she seemed bothered I would even ask. She offered zero hospitality, and showed no interest in having my business. It was down right odd how put off she was to even converse with me.
Then when I asked if the doors would be locked or if the summer camp was held in another area behind locked doors she smirked and mentioned, “they are a gymnastics gym so yeah the doors are always open.”

While I understand that fact, we happen to live in a world where children lose their lives at school behind locked doors and weapons detection systems so I don’t think that’s a weird thing to ask. And if you’re going to have children in your care all day, everyday, seems like something that should be non negotiable and standard at this point.

I really just want whoever runs this place to know how unfriendly and unwelcoming you guys come off. My spouse came by first a week or so ago to check the place out and left with very little information and felt like he was inconveniencing the lady he spoke with but I thought maybe it was just an off day. After visiting today, it just seems like if they don’t know you they don’t want you. Which is ironic for obvious reasons.
