100/10 recommend for birthday parties! We had our daughter’s birthday party here and had the absolute best experience. They took care of everything! Decorations, balloons, bounce house, obstacle course, set up and clean up. We only had to bring the food and drinks that we wanted. The staff that worked the party (I wish I knew their names) were so kind and patient with the large group of 4 year olds we had running wild. The kids had a blast. They hardly wanted to take time to eat pizza and donuts, they just wanted to get back to playing. The bounce house and foam pit were the most popular with the kids. All the parents loved it too and I have a feeling we will be back for more parties. Thanks Enso for making my daughter’s birthday so special 🩷

Owner is very rude, which is probably why previous reviews state customer service issues. It takes a great leader to have a great team. My daughter went here once and loved the teacher, Kiara. However, I will not pay to go anywhere where the owner thinks she can talk trash about people that is paying and supporting her business. Very not smart. Maybe next time, she should hang up before bad mouthing people.

Not a good experience. Customer service in the front is poor; on top of that there was an instance I had to argue with them to send allow me to sign up for a makeup session after they cancelled the class my little one was assigned to. Place is also dirty and smelly when you walk in. Complete waste of money if you have little ones… maybe it’s different for older children. They Only lasted 2 months… and that was only because we had already paid the enrollment fee.

Paid in full for October. My son missed some parkour days in October, so the "makeup" classes were scheduled for November. My son said he did not want to do parkour anymore, but would finish out the remainder of the "makeup" classes in November.
The fact that you have to pay for another entire MONTH (November) just to complete the makeup classes is ridiculous. I already paid for the classes, but yet, am not allowed to finish them out unless I pay for another ENTIRE month?? Absolutely not. This is stealing and not a way to run a business. Son is Alex Tarquinio.

We celebrated our little girl turning 3 today and had the best experience! The staff was INCREDIBLE. They made a party with 10 kids an absolute breeze. Parents were actually able to sit and relax because the young ladies were attentive to the kids at all times. This was such a go with the flow party, so much flexibility, care, and overall just an amazing experience. I would hands down recommend a birthday party here! Thank you all for everything you did today!

I am not one that normally writes reviews. However reading some of these reviews I am compelled that I have to write out our experience at Enso. My daughter started at Enso at 2.5 years old in a preschool class. She had an amazing experience being taught by, yes, a teenager. Many of the reviews reference the rec coaches and how young they are. This is mostly because these coaches are either recently retired high level gymnasts from Enso or currently competing high level gymnasts. Based on our experience I love this model. These atheltes know these skills well, they are young and keep it fun for the girls, and it gives them an opportunity for a job. The coach that we had for most of my daughter's preschool years prepared her very well. We stayed with her and developed a great relationship. She got to know my daughter and she thrived because of it. Once my daughter turned 5 we moved up to beginners gymnastics. At this point we did try out another gym. And this is what I will tell you. First, if you want a gym where your child is treated as a robot by all means go try some other gyms. Also when you talk about being able to view your child in everything they do. Trust me on this, Enso is extremely easy and open for viewing. Yes if the video isn't on the trampoline cannot be viewed easily. But it is in the wide open with many people back there and huge windows. This is not like children behind closed doors....let's not be dramatic. I have been in other gyms that have a tiny viewing window and no chairs. I don't know what says "We don't want you to stay and watch" more than that. Now when we tried another gym, nothing says "We care" more than the owner of Enso calling me to check on us!! She was so very sweet and wanted to know our concerns. That right there speaks volume about how Enso cares about every kid that walks through there doors. My daughter's next step was to join the hot shot class at Enso. That is where she really started to show how much she was IN for this gymnastics thing. And this is when I as a mom really started to see how this place was turning into much more of a family and not just a gym. The gym is family owned and they truly care. I see the owners and head coaches constantly stepping away to attend to any issue that arises. I see them walking littles to class who are nervous. The coaches that taught my daughter hot shots worked wonders and within about 8 months she was ready to move up to competition team. I had tears in my eyes because they had made such an amazing impact on my child. My child has now been on competition team for 2.5 years and in her 2nd season of competing. I am more than confident to say this is the ONLY gym I would have my daughter at. Where they care far more about the individual child and their needs and much more about their mental and physical health and not just pushing them for the sport. Enso has truly become our home away from home. And they have become family and I am so thankful for that girl. Having a positive atmosphere like this is such a blessing.
Side note- She has had 2 birthday parties at Enso at 3 and 7. They are absolutely awesome for any age. They do so much of the work for you. So easy for the parents and all the kids of any age have fun. Honestly no brainer. My kid would probably have her birthday here every year. :)

Celebrated my daughters birthday for the second time at Enso’s. Both times we had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and tried to anticipate every need we could possibly have. The coaches were great with the kids and very patient. The facility was clean and organized. Tom, the owner, gave exceptional customer service. 5 star experience!

I signed my kids up 2 months ago and we already cancelled the membership. This is a nice facility, but I was very disappointed in the chaos. The classes are taught by teenage kids with little supervision or direction. Nobody was wearing a "coach" shirt, so you could never tell who was actually in charge of the class. My kids are little (4 & 6) and have never done gymnastics or parkour before. My son got hurt on the trampoline (which I wasn't able to see because the trampoline is on the backside of the building and there's one small TV to view with a camera) and I wasn't comfortable with my 4 year old daughter not being properly coached. Nice facility, but there was A LOT of chaos and nobody in charge.

We are in our 2nd month as a member. My child is 6. I will say it seems to be a bit of organized chaos here. The teacher is a teenager at best. There doesn't seem to be any clear instructions. For the floor they just do cartwheels and attempt to do handstands. They walk across the beam and kick a leg up. While the teenager is 'coaching' one child, the others are running amok. The only thing my child so far has only enjoyed the trampoline. But, I can spend a lot less to go to urban air etc, for her to jump on a trampoline. The other concern for me, is the area where the trampoline is located is behind a huge wall with no parental visibility. There are cameras, but at least 4 occasions those cameras were not on. That is quite concerning. I want to have visibility on my child, esp given the history of this sport. At this point, I am undecided if we will stay. I just had an expectation that she would learn fundamentals, and it appears that a teenager is just sort of chaperoning them as they do a few things. If things improve, I am happy to change the rating.

My daughters (age 5 and 6) just tried Enso for the first time as a trial run. I have to say, for 90$ a month, it seems to me that they don’t have appropriate teachers or man power to effectively help young kids (tumbling 1 (5+) class). First, they literally stayed in one small area for 50 minutes. All floor. No bar or other area was used. Then let them “free” play for less than 7 minutes. (Both my kids left in tears because they didn’t get a chance to try the trampoline during free time, not sure what happened there.) It Just felt like the class itself wasn’t thought out, not enough teachers helping. One “teacher” in a red shirt was literally just standing around barely helping or interacting with the young kids. What is the experience of these teachers? Why wasn’t it explained at all? I don’t understand why they would hire someone who wasn’t helping? One of my daughters was doing a backbend from the floor, putting a lot of pressure on her neck that made me uncomfortable and they weren’t guiding her at all. There was inconsistent spotting for forward rolls or back bends. I think they saw this as an issue because I think the manager (maybe owner) joined the class trying to give more instruction and support. Overall, If you are charging 90+ a month I would just expect more. Makes me sad because I loved gymnastics as a kid but I just wasn’t impressed and my girls said they don’t want to come back. I really struggled whether or not I should write this but after some contemplation I think it’s hopefully helpful for them to hear my perspective.

Have done both classes and birthday classes for my little girl, and this place is beyond expectations. There are a lot of gymnastics facilities in the area, but none are up to par with this gym. As a mom, I care most about how my girl is feeling and if she’s happy, and she always leaves enso with a smile. This gym truly cares about their athletes, even their rec students. Thank you Enso for replacing the bad taste left in my mouth from other gyms, we love it here!

When my daughter walked into this gym after being out for 2 years due to brain surgery, I thought for sure our experience would be tough and we would feel defeated. Instead Tom made her feel like she was at home right where she belonged. The big girls in the gym also treated her adorably. I know this is the place for her to feel confident and safe to gain her strength and skills back. I think this is a gem. Gyms this accepting and loving are few and far between. Thank you Enso for truly making what could have been a terrible anxiety filled day into this great day!

Be careful with this place, they charge you extra without your authorization, they have a bullying environment among athletes that the owners accept and care about, both the owners and their employees are completely unprofessional and unethical, definitely not a safe place for your children.

We went to Enso Elite for my son's 4th birthday party, first off the price was incomprable especially for all the awesome stuff they offer, my son wanted a power rangers party and the Parkour style class they had made for my little guy came off as a perfect Power ranger in training feel. Obstacle course, games and a foam pit tired every kid out! Enso also made little signs for him with his name and power rangers on it! They even got him a birthday present! I couldn't say enough about the attention to detail here!

My daughter is a competitive gymnast at Enso and spends a lot of time at this gym. We love the staff and coaches! As far as picking up and dropping off, there are several parking lots around for parents to park in and walk to get your children.

We found Enso when my two oldest daughters were 3 & 4 years old... I was just looking for a class to help them get their energy out (they couldn’t stand still in ballet!!). Since then, Enso has become our second home, with all 3 of my girls taking classes that range from beginner gymnastics through tumbling and pre-team to the competitive team. Throughout it all the Enso leadership has become like family. My girls still text their coaches from the early days on the Team, even after their coaches had moved onto college. I trust the knowledge and experience of the owners and staff and know that my girls are always in good hands. Take it from me, whose family spends 20+ hours per week at Enso. Whether you are looking for a disciplined, competitive gymnastics path or just a place to burn some energy while having a blast, Enso is a great choice for parents and kids!

Although we aren’t with Enso at this time in our journey, the core of my daughters gymnastics career was taught and developed by the supportive staff and coaches at Enso. My daughter is constantly complimented on form that was taught by this amazing staff. There is plenty of attention and care taken to ensure all of the gymnasts are in a safe and healthy environment.
In reference to the review below: I am perplexed...this is a parent problem and not a gym problem and as parents we should take ownership for problems we create. Unfortunately, parents do not take the same amount of care with their own children when dropping them off and picking them up. It would be fairly easy for parents to park around the building in the large parking lot (I did for four years with no problem) but parents prefer the convince of opening their doors and tossing their kids out or picking them up. The staff encourages all students to stay in but rogue parents want to encourage disrespect and a neglect for safety. Teach your children better habits and take responsibility for behavior you encourage.

Our family loves Enso Elite! The coaches truly care about the gymnasts and their enjoyment and safety! They have always been easy to work with and they provide great customer service! Gymnasts can get dropped off and picked up on the street, but for anyone not comfortable with this option, there are 3 parking lots where you can park and walk your child in on the sidewalk, which connects straight to the front doors!

3 of my 4 kiddos are taking or have taken classes here. One of my girls is in their competitive program. We chose Ensō for the family-like experience; and have come to view the owners and staff as family. I, personally, find it easy to communicate both openly and candidly with everyone at the gym- and I know they take the safety of my children as seriously as I do. I highly recommend their programs.

A while back my wife and I were looking for a place where our daughter could use that youthful energy towards a good use. Our princess was very hesitant but in no time she came to treat enso as her extended family. Ms. Annette and her staff provided the warm and safe environment we were looking for. That search happened several years ago and we will definitely be going there years to come.

Enso has kids safety always in mind, great owners and amazing coaches! Daughters were on the gymnastics team for years and one is now a coach. Highly recommend!
PS regarding negative review re safety of the kids picking up / dropping off... the parking lot may be small, although their is plenty of space on both sides of building (large area in back and parking area nextdoor is where I’ve always picked my kids up).
