My son has been going to Enso on and off for over 5 years. The teachers are attentive, fun, and good at what they do! My son loves it!

Edited to add:
My son still enjoys Enso he started when he was 7 and is now 15 and a counselor in training for their track out/summer camps. My daughter also loves their camps and she's very picky. Alan, Ben and all the teachers are such positive role models. I am incredibly grateful for Enso!

I had taken hand balancing classes at Enso Movement for a while and really enjoyed the style of teaching. I was looking for classes that would incorporate contortion-style hand balancing instruction, and the instructor was flexible in tailoring the instruction to each student's needs. Enjoyed the classes and am back for more this year!

I love this place! My son does parkour here and I take the arm balancing classes occasionally. I am only giving 4 stars because their website is so terrible; it's slow and difficult to navigate and does not give the appropriate information on receipts for things like FSA reimbursement (summer camp). I have been trying to register for a class this week for about 30 minutes.

Just use Mind Body like everyone else.

Humbled and Awed tonight by the folks at Enso. When I stopped training parkour almost 15 years ago I thought that it was the beginning of the end for the movement. How wrong I was, and how happy I am to see it is alive and thriving. This is the place to be If you want to learn and educate yourself in the art of movement. Alan and the other members of Enso have more experience, professionalism, and enthusiasm than just about any other crew on the block. I went down this week, but I'll be back. I have a lot of catching up to do!

Returning to sports after a long break, I took my first parkour class at Enso, and it was a blast! The staff's passion for movement shines through. What sets Enso apart is its well-rounded approach: you can start with the fundamentals, receive expert guidance, build confidence to push your limits, and learn from top-notch coaches and practitioners. The gym is equipped for parkour, freerunning, tricking, and offers a safe environment for all experience levels. Enso gets my enthusiastic recommendation, and I'm personally signing up for a membership!

My 8 y/o son loved doing track out camp here, and most recently, a trial parkour class. He is now looking forward to joining and doing a weekly class. The class is structured enough to keep the kids wrangled, but also allows them to explore and move freely.

My 8 yo son participated in a trial class yesterday and before it was over I already knew we’d be signing him up. He had the biggest smile on his face the entire time and was totally in his element. My 5yo sat on the sideline and was itching to participate. I know he’ll be asking to join as soon as his birthday rolls around. Max was the coach and he was so amazing and patient with the kids. He showed them the way to do things and explained the rules well to ensure their safety. Highly recommend Enzo Movement!

I decided to try Enso about a year and a half ago since I was bored with running and wanted to find a new challenge. (Also, I'm an anime nerd and this looked like something you'd see in movies.) My friend talked me into trying the Low Impact class and I'm so glad she did. Maggie is a wonderful coach and the class is challenging without feeling pressured. It tends to attract the adult ages instead of the kids/teens and Maggie does a great job scaling movements up or down based on your ability. The whole atmosphere is positive. There's no criticism, judgement, or peer pressure. If you want to try something, go for it. Not ready yet? That's okay too. Now I have another reason to look forward to exercise!

We are excited to find a program in tumbling for a teen just beginning in gymnastics. The instructors seem to be very careful about safety and making sure the kids are warmed up before beginning. The coach for the tumbling class made sure my son could turn somersaults and tuck his head and body before he moved him to the raised mat for flips.

Son heard about Enso Movement from a friend. I've never heard of anything like this before, but appreciate any activity that keeps the kids moving. Came for a trial class and he loved it. All of the activities here seem crazy to me, but it is managed well by coaches/trainers in a controlled setting. My son enjoyed the trial class so much that he set up a schedule of chores for him to do at home to help with the monthly charge. My son was remembered and welcomed back after the first time. Excited to have a place like this.

Very well run classes. Everyone was welcoming which is awesome since being the new person is always mildly disconcerting. If there's an adult class starting at the same time as the kids' class everyone warms up together which was fun and and the kids are super enthusiastic about it. Guess I dropped in on "request night" where you can request to practice a specific skill and then the group splits up into smaller groups and the instructor floats between them. I was impressed at how well Zak was able to manage that. With two people working aerials, one on break dancing, and 3 on backflips you'd think it'd be a recipe for chaos but no, it went very smoothly and Zak seemed to be able to instruct one group while keeping an effective eye on the other two.
Overall it was fun and I'll be going back. Have already suggested one of my friends try a class, too.

Parkour at Enso has been so much fun! It's making exercise a way of life and warm up games are couples activities. The gym offers classes that are diverse. I'm currently recovering from Tennis elbow and their low impact class has been gentle, offers a wide range of activities and modifications that lets me finish recovering and loads of fun. They emphasize play and creativity, while leading a very structured, safe and educational class. I've also been to birthday parties for groups of adults here! I can't recommend that enough!

We are regulars at Enso Movement Raleigh. My two sons do weekly teen tricking classes, 7yo daughter does parkour, and I myself have dropped in for a women’s parkour workshop and would love to do more. The staff is amazing. They are always friendly and helpful, whether at the front desk or on the gym floor. The general ambience is incredibly wholesome: I have no qualms about dropping my kids off there for 4 straight hours of class and/or open gym, and even the 7yo feels completely at home hanging out in the lounge area when she can’t be on the gym floor. But it is the quality of the teaching that would have me giving it 7 out of 5 stars if I could. These guys not only know what they’re doing, they know how to teach it efficiently and effectively, in an honest but encouraging atmosphere.

We had been coming for several months when we decided to take advantage of the opportunity to do an Enso birthday party for both boys together. Usually they teach parkour at birthday parties because the initial learning curve is not quite as steep, but since the boys are into tricking, their coach Zak offered to run the party himself in order to offer the right blend of tricking with a little parkour thrown in. He brought his usual excellent humor, energy and coaching skills and led our group of 10 guests (who were all martial artists) through a well conceived program that let them experience Enso to the fullest of their potential, and everyone had a delightful time. The whole thing was a raving success for the boys and their friends, and as an Enso family we felt that the staff bent over backwards to make the event special for us. Thank you, Enso! We couldn’t be bigger fans!

My son is special needs (autism spectrum, behavior disorder, sensory issues), so finding a camp that he's comfortable in, and one that stimulates him in a way that is helpful instead of overwhelming, has been nearly impossible. Enso Movement's camp was everything my son and I could have hoped for: all the physical challenges he needed to feel satisfied and stimulated and accomplished; and coaches (ZAK! JULIUS!) who were understanding, patient, and encouraging. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I know its looks aren't spotless or modern (very industrial, which makes sense given the type of place it is), but this is a true case of looks being completely deceiving. If your kid is at all interested in Parkour--or any vigorous physical activity--run, don't walk, to Enso Movement.

Seriously, every week I look forward to going out there and getting better than I was last week. Some things you sign up for, its lasting value diminishes after a good 1-2 months. The entire community is great. I never thought about doing parkour before this experience, but now it's my favorite hobby. I'm very glad I decided to look into it!
