This gym has everything you need for any type of workout! There are 2 other rooms that are secluded from the main gym for more privacy if u need as well. The gym is very clean and well maintained. Having 24/7 access is a huge convenience and doesn’t let u use “gym hours” as an excuse to not workout!

It’s ok better then planet fitness for sure but not enough equipment when it’s example I’ve been waiting on a machine where the guy is just sitting on it doing a set every 5 mins come on off peak hours update reply to owner BOTH I STATED EVOLUTION IS BETTER THAN PLANET FITNESS

Really impressed and happy with this gym. Absolute tons of equipment but never feels crowded, awesome atmosphere, everyone is very nice, place is clean (owner was washing equipment down with soap and hot water!). Monthly plan with no contract and 24/7 access.

me and my husband tried this gym for the first time today. my husband, who is a trans man, absolutely loved it.. and so did i! the vibe is unmatched. we never felt uncomfortable, everyone was so incredibly nice. the gym itself was clean and nicely organized. overall, we absolutely loved our first experience and were both so happy to have chosen Evolution!

Evolution is a spacious, well-equipped, very clean gym and a great place to work out. There's a wide variety of cardio equipment, and a huge selection of free weights and resistance machines. I'm from out of town and come to Rockingham several times a year to visit family and in the past have struggled with finding a good place to work out in the area. I found Evolution 3-4 years ago and the search is over! It's easy to get a day pass and the price is right!

Love everything about this gym. Mainly the staff and other gym go-ers. Was working out here before I left to join the service, returned nearly two years later and was still recognized and welcomed back with open arms. Equipment is amazing, cleanliness is well taken care of and the 24/7 access is the best around. Will always be here whenever I get the chance.

I came into town to visit my daughter and she took me to Evolution to work out. My experience there was great! It was very clean, had a wide variety of exercise machines, and the atmosphere was like no other. This was my first time trying a peloton and I loved it! I have been to numerous YMCAs and Planet Fitness health clubs and Evolution blows them out of the water. I wish I lived in Rockingham so I could join Evolution! EHC is a great, locally owned gym. The staff is well trained and will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. I’ve never gone in there and felt uncomfortable. Amazing atmosphere. I use to go here tried to sign back up apparently they close at like 3 on fridays and have no one there to take new people you would think they would have someone there especially on a usual pay day for most people i know it’s 24/7 for memebers if you are not a member and you work don’t try to signup on a Friday 😂

Evolution is a FANTASTIC gym! You can tell they care a lot about their members, there is a tremendous amount of thought and effort put into every detail. The equipment is awesome, 24/7 is awesome, Katie the manager is awesome, the people are awesome, the protein shake bar is awesome…it’s all awesome. The leg day equipment in particular is THE BEST, I have never seen so much variety before. I have been to many gyms in multiple states, but I can honestly say this is my new favorite. It’s worth more than the price of the membership for sure! I love this place and will definitely recommend it to everyone ❤️

Poor communication, Not Professional.

Blake (owner) made a post on facebook shortly following the announcements of the 13 service members KIA. The promotion was " New Contracts of 12 months" was offered for veterans at a discounted rate. I asked "if current veterans' supporters of his business would get a discount". He proceeded to bash me with a long message and then deleted the comments on the open platform (facebook and instagram) where the promotion was advertised. Following that extensive private messages on the upper side of 25+ messages was sent to me accusing me of slander and more. So in result of this promotion he lost business from a combat veteran.

It gets a lot deeper than this but that's for another conversation, this veteran will not support that establishment ever again. I have screen shots of all this if denied or made out to be a lie.

This facility is the best equipped of other gyms and the cleanliness is exceptional. Staff is superb and helpful. This is an amazing gym. I go to Evolution Fitness every time I am home on leave and it is a great atmosphere. The facility is always clean and has a wide variety of equipment. The staff is courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. The 24 hour feature allows for flexibility for different schedules. The prices are also very fair and manageable, even for day passes for people who are in town visiting. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who lives in or travels through this area.

Just signed up today! I walked in and Blake was working out and immediately stopped to come assist me. He explained everything to me in a very professional manner. He walked me around the gym and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. It was a very clean and amazing atmosphere. I am very excited to start my new weight-loss journey here.
