We are a personal training studio that offers a more intimate setting for working out 1-on-1 or with a partner while being guided by one of our amazing personal trainers. Training sessions are by appointment only so you can be confident that you will never have to deal with crowded areas or waiting on equipment.

The absolute BEST place to workout in the Goldsboro area. With the recent purchase of their second location, Barre Haus, they really have something to offer anybody that steps foot into one of their studios. Highly recommend!

I have been consistently attending morning workouts for a little over a year now. Mark and his team work hard to provide well thought out classes that continue to challenge the body. The classes are always challenging. I never classified myself as a morning person, but I have enjoyed attending these classes. They are very accommodating to every individuals need in the class. They are aware of skill level and make sure to show different ways to do different movements to fit the persons needs whether you’re beginner or a seasoned athlete. I recommend the classes to anyone every chance I get. I enjoy the atmosphere in class and the people I have gotten to meet being a part of this group. Not only does Mark plan these well thought about classes for strength, but I’ve also watched he and his teammates help individuals with private training for running and strength. It is a gym I hope to be a part of for a long time.

I train with AMAN 3 days a week along with a partner. We needed an early appointment and AMAN was great to start at 5am. My partner and I had different goals, she was intermediate and I was a beginner. AMAN had to get very creative with our training so that we would each meet our goal. With their expertise, I have met mine. So thankful for the professionalism, and the many other things we learned about food prep and fellowship!

I currently have 3 sessions a week with Aman and I absolutely love it! Aman always has fun and creative workouts ready and is always pushing me to be my best self. She has endless amounts of energy at 5:30am and I’m so glad I joined Exclusively You’s studio!

I train with Laura 3 days a week, and absolutely love how hard she pushes me to get the results that I want to see in myself. She pushes me when I need it and slows down when she sees that I need it! She is so good at watching your technique and teaching you the correct way to do the exercise for the maximum results! I’m so glad that I found this gym with Laura as my trainer! I trust her to get me to my goal.
