This was my first experience with a personal trainer and it was exactly what I needed. Stephanie has been great at giving me exercises that pushed me while always being mindful of my limitations. When my wellness provider recommended working with a professional to build muscle, strength, and improve balance, I didn’t want a run-of-the mill trainer but someone who would “see me” and develop goals to meet my individual needs. Working with Stephanie is one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I am a reluctant exerciser, to put it mildly. I struggle to get it done without being accountable to someone other than myself. Stephanie is the perfect foil for my excuses. I have recommended her to several of my friends. Stephanie is experienced, reliable and creative, I have never done the same workout twice. She warms me up and stretches me at the end, always adjusting for any current ache or pain. I am lucky enough to have a home gym but she can work with any space. Highly recommend.

I have known Ms. Stephanie for quite some time and I will say she is very professional, very knowledgeable and truly devoted in helping people
over 50 to become more fit!
I have trained with her 3 different times and each time I was more impressed with my training sessions!
She is flexible in coming up with training sessions that accommodate my life and keep me wanting to come back for more!
She also shares a wealth of information that helps me tremendously in my health journey! Examples include recommending various resources to read, healthy recipes, classes being attended on ZOOM in the comfort of my home, and keeping fitness interesting by using various pieces to exercise equipment that are not expensive or hard to find to name a few!!!!!

I’m really happy that I started training with Stephanie. Even though it’s only been a short while I can feel a difference. I especially like the way she tailors my workouts to my personal needs. She is also very aware of my limitations and tailors the workout accordingly. Working with her on zoom hasn’t presented any problems. It is important to me how flexible and professional she is in handling her business. It is a bonus that when new health problems arise she will adjust the program to account for them. Very definitely worth the money.

Stephanie is fantastic! I didn’t want someone yelling at me and pushing me until I dropped. She encourages and definitely gives me a good workout that I’m seeing terrific results in the first 4 weeks. Her communication is excellent! She changes up her routine each time and it’s custom to my goals and fitness level. Her knowledge is amazing and she spends time to show me how to do each exercise. I highly recommend her! Stephanie Hoffman is the GREATEST! I first met her at a local gym and followed her when she started her own business. I train three times a week with her via Zoom which really works well. I started out in pretty bad shape but I have lost over 30 lbs in the two plus years that I have been her client. I feel so much better in both mind and body. She tailors her program to you personal needs and is very responsive to individual client's capabilities. I would recommend her to anyone irregardless of your current state of fitness because you will feel a lot better working with her.
