Update: Brandon is, also, training my almost-teen son who needs guidance with making the right food choices, understanding how the body works, proper form, preventing injury and mostly how to use dumbbells and equipment when lifting weights. Brandon keeps the session engaging and fun, yet staying focused on timing and the task to achieve.
I highly recommend Brandon! The workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, tailored to my fitness goals, and always leave me feeling accomplished. Brandon is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about progress. If you’re looking for a coach who brings energy and expertise, Brandon is the one!

Brandon is by far the best resource I have ever had when it comes to overall fitness, health, and nutrition. I have worked with close friends, family members, and a variety of other personal trainers and words cannot describe how far above Brandon is in terms of my experience, effectiveness, and motivation. He is incredibly thourough from understanding your reason/purpose for the goals you have, ensures great form to stay safe, teahces you how certain mustles work and how to maximize effectiveness with each workout, and ensuring you are enjoying the workouts you do and having fun. This combonation of outstanding factors is unique in all the best ways, as enjoying this encourages me to workout more. Finally, he is very smart and knowledable, making sure you understand the why's of what you are doing (more than anyone I have worked with previously by a lot), has unmatched energy, and is overall a great guy. In the very first session, Brandon was able to cover so many things, including diet recommendations that took into account weight goals and medical considerations. He even mentioned places to shop to get good prices on quality products from local grocery stores.
He also reviewed our supplements and made some adjustments—methylated B12, for example, was superior to the B12 I was taking.
It is evident that he has in-depth knowledge of physiology, body chemistry including cellular interactions with specific types of foods, and is very motivating.
Then Brandon took us into the gym and explained how to move and why. This is a comprehensive, tailored, professional approach.
