It is a smaller gym and they do not have all the new cool stuff but everyone that works there is super nice and super helpful!! You can get a massage there as well but she books up quickly.

I have use the gym here and the pool. Staff is very friendly and the gym is small but it has pretty much everything you need and it doesn't get as busy as other gyms so it makes it nice. The pool isn't deep but it's a nice place to take your kids for some swimming during free swim hours also they do offer swimming lessons.

The staff and the fitness area are the best! And there is an indoor pool!!! There are so many classes being offered. I'm usually here 4 days a week. I love working out, chatting with friends, taking the water aerobics classes, and jumping into the hot tub. But what makes this place great are the people - the staff and the other members. I consider every one of them as friends.

My oldest child is enrolled in swimming lessons with Mr. Ferguson! Awesome instructor. He truly loves what he does and takes the needed time with the children. I have no regrets whatsoever!

I have worked out at FirstHealth Fitness for over 5 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and they care about their members. I like the group exercise classes because there is a variety of workouts offered and the instructors are fun and very knowledgeable about fitness. My husband had knee replacement surgery and the Sit To Be Fit class helped him during his recovery. The gym is clean and the pool is great for exercising and swimming lessons. The gym floor has all the weights, machines and equipment you need to get in a productive workout. There is a basketball court and outside area for working out if you prefer not to be inside. They also have personal trainers if you need help getting started with your fitness goals. It’s a great place to come!

If you're searching for a gym in the Raeford area this is the one to go to. Unlike other gyms in this area, First Health offers showers with locker space and also a pool and hot tub which are added perks after a work out session. The staff members are very helpful and very friendly! They also offer children swim classes.

Well I came into the emergency with a mild concussion, I knew what was up with being a medic myself. Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while being told I was next to be seen for that time. When I was finally called to the back I was sat in a room with a chair and no cover on the chair. Cleaned it off myself because that's just nasty to not cover it. When I returned from my ct scan I waited about 20 minutes for the doctor to come in. He felt around my neck, flashed a light on my eye and walked out. When the nurse came in they offered me some meds for my nausea and spinning from my fall and then proceeded to try to give me Tylenol. I declined the Tylenol due to a possibility of the concussion being worse than its appearing at the moment. Needless to say this facility may be clean but makes cape fear valley look like a 5 star facility when it at least comes to treatment. I will never ever feel the need to come to first health Moore regional for any kind of medical emergency ever again. I don't recommend anyone really go there either due to the incompetence I have witnessed.

On multiple occasions (latest being this morning) our scheduled appointment was cancelled either by incompetence at the front desk or Dr. not being there. Additionally have had to call the district manager 3x times because the Dr. did not refil the prescription request after 7 days had past. If you are looking for good RELIABLE care I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I am through with the inept service of this clinic.
