We are a family owned and operated gym. We offer 24/7 access to all members, group fitness classes and a kids area at no additional cost. We offer over 9000 sq ft of workout space with a variety cardio and weight lifting machines and accessories.

I like this gym! It’s very clean, the staff are nice and welcoming, and the 24 hour access is great for someone who works construction like I do. I even use its separate room for short, private workouts when they don’t have a class going on. It gives me an extra sense of privacy when I’m doing floor exercises.

The employees here always go above & beyond for customers! The fitness room equipment & floor are always clean for classes & the bathrooms are always clean & smell nice too! Never had any problems with the facilities!

I’ve been going about 3-4 times a week, in mornings and early afternoon for two months and haven’t had to wait on any machines.
Staff friendly and helpful.

This gym got signs all over town….. Enticing new members to sign up with $0 enrollment fees. So I took a chance. And Im glad I did!! With the convenience and the courtesy of this gym. I immediately signed up, also with the trainer with no expectations. Just an idea. So currently I have just completed 12 sessions with Ms. Haley (trainer) and I’m not going to lie. Week 1 was tough (recovery wise). But in the same sense I was giving self confidence (words of encouragement), BETTER NUTRITION ideas (I keep telling her I’m Transportation lol), knowledge of strengthening muscles around tendons like Hypertrophy and for me to stop cutting myself short (2/3 more reps).

I’ve been going here for about 4 years, the had made some improvements and expanded about two years ago and everything was pretty clean and functional then. Fast forward 2 years and the place is always super dirty, equipment is always broken. Water fountains haven’t been working for almost 6 months. Seems like the owner has let this gym go. Hasn’t made any improvements in forever. Parking is also a serious issue, almost never anywhere to park during busy hours, sometimes I’d have to park across the street. I really hope things change because this is the only somewhat decent gym in the area.

It is constantly over 75% humidity in this gym and has even been over 87% humidity on a regular basis, making it perfect conditions for black mold and respiratory issues. The owner Ed was even informed about this and he doesn’t care because he’s the only 24 hour fitness location in the town so as long as he gets the members in, that’s all he cares about.

Line dancing classes are so much fun! I enjoyed different genres of music. Dance moves ranged from simple to challenging, all while getting a good dance workout!

Great place to work out, small but they definitely make use of the space. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is for 2 people it's $50/month classes/trainer's aren't included. To me that's a bit steep but from a business standpoint I understand they can charge that due to being the only decent place to workout within 13-20mi.

Mrs Blake Cates mad the initial sign up for mom and I effortless and we could not have been more proud of our decision to join plus it right outside our door in so many word’s because prior we were driving to planet fitness in Goldsboro (20 mins) it’s an extremely chill environment 💜

I have been working out here for a few months. I enjoy the atmosphere and they have very good up to date equipment. This gym is well maintained and the staff is friendly. Could be a bit larger because it gets very crowded in the evenings.

New Review: place is getting better, lots of people now with different classes like Zumba, machines are in good shape and place looks cleaner than before, family oriented with room for the kiddos.

I had a membership at the Mount Olive location for almost the full year. I would not recommend to join this gym. The employees are not always there during business hours as they should be, so whatever you do DO NOT get a tanning membership because you will NOT get to use it. I had went on 5 different occasions to tan DURING BUSINESS HOURS and there was no one there, then I called to see if someone would be there after this happened and instead of offering to be there as an employee should do the response was "I honestly don't know, Im not even working" ??? I would rather drive to Goldsboro on the daily instead of join this local gym! Also poor equipment and messy facility, First and last time I join the Fit 4 Life of Mount Olive.
