Chris is a phenomenal trainer!! He gives you a meal plan and 1-on-1 tailored workouts based on your ability... in 8 weeks I was down 20 lbs and 2 dress sizes. I have been going to him just shy of 4 months and I am at goal weight and went from running an average of 12 min/mile pace to a 9 min/mile pace and actually finished a 5k in 26 min when my previous PR was 29 min!!!
