Functional Strength training. I am a 58 year old physician leader and started seeing Gary about 1.5 years ago. I see him twice weekly. I had mistakenly felt my aging process was out of my control and was referred to Gary by another physician leader after stretching and basic traditional workouts, back injections etc. failed. Gary focus and plan have succeeded. I feel 10 years younger and the most fit I have been in 20 years and his workouts fly by because they are fun. Grant has been amazing with both of our athletes! He helped prepare our daughter for her position as a D1 College Field Hockey player. Trained with the owner in college. Took me from 6'3" 165ish to 195ish while adding almost no body fat in a little over a year. He is so knowledgeable and understands that nutrition is by far the most important input related to your athletic potential. Even so, he'll still give you a better lifting routine than most NFL strength coaches.

The only downside to Fit Method is a location hasn't opened near me yet so I can't reap the benefits. If you're reading this review, scroll back up and give them a call right now.

I have been training at Fit Method with David for a little over a month now after a friend referred me to him. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with David and the entire team at Fit Method. David is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He clearly understands how to train his clients with proper form and technique. Typically when I work out on my own or with previous trainers, I have the same little nagging injuries pop up that discourage me from working out more often. 5 sessions in with David and my body feels great. At no point during the workouts do I ever feel like any part of my body is struggling to keep up. He warms you up with techniques to turn on all the systems in your body before the workout. He is always 1 on 1 with me during every exercise making sure my form is perfect. Even my recovery afterwards doesn't show any signs of potential injuiry flare ups after the workouts. All I feel is that pleasant soreness you have after a really good workout. David is also coaching me on nutrition and making sure my body is getting the proper fuel for pre and post workout meals. It is incredible in just over a month how much stronger my body feels. I highly recommend David and the trainers at Fit Method. They always provide you with 1 on 1 workouts and nothing is ever done in a group setting. They truly care about their clients and you can feel that postive energy they give off as soon as you walk in the door. Fit Method is not just personal training, it is a synegy of your mind and body working together to create an energy that makes you feel incredible for the rest of your day.

Coach Mark and Coach Ernest have exponentially increased my son’s strength and speed in just a few short months. Not only are they both are experts in their respective fields, they really care about the athletes they are training. There is no where in this area that offers this level of training in combination with the attention to detail for each clients goals. I couldn’t be more excited for my son’s continued growth. Fit Method also offers body tempering which has drastically decreased the pain in my mom’s back in just 2 sessions after years of other methods not helping her. My sister has scoliosis and the trainers here have been able to customize a program for her that has strengthened her weaker side in a balanced way of which has reduced her discomfort and increased her mobility drastically. When you walk into this facility, you are welcomed warmly by this amazing team but you also surrounded by highly skilled and trained athletes which will motivate you and or your student athlete to their highest potential.

Kendall, my wife; and I have been going to Fit Method weekly for a few years now. We came to them because our Olympic Lifting coach TJ Mentus moved and started to work there. We love the Fit Method culture and all of the employees have been more than helpful to us. We drive roughly 40 minutes one way specifically to come and see them and especially to get the tailored training from TJ.
