Love the new space here. Kyle has been amazing to work with. I have worked with quite a few trainers and felt like the majority of them really didn't know what they were talking about. Kyle knows his stuff and it shows. The results definitely speak for themselves!

I have been training at Fit Method with David for about 6 months now. I can't say enough about how impressed I am with David, Gary, and the entire team at Fit Method. David is the best personal trainer I have ever had. He clearly understands how to train his clients with proper form and technique. Typically when I work out on my own or with previous trainers, I have the same little nagging injuries pop up that discourage me from working out more often. At no point during the workouts do I ever feel like any part of my body is struggling to keep up. He warms you up with techniques to turn on all the systems in your body before the workout. He is always 1 on 1 with me during every exercise making sure my form is perfect. Even my recovery afterwards doesn't show any signs of potential injuiry flare ups after the workouts. All I feel is that pleasant soreness you have after a really good workout. David is also coaching me on nutrition and making sure my body is getting the proper fuel for pre and post workout meals. It is incredible how much stronger my body feels now. I highly recommend David, Gary, and the trainers at Fit Method. They always provide you with 1 on 1 workouts and nothing is ever done in a group setting. They truly care about their clients and you can feel that postive energy they give off as soon as you walk in the door. Fit Method is not just personal training, it is a synergy of your mind and body working together to create an energy that makes you feel incredible for the rest of your day.

I’ve been training at Fit Method ever since they have officially opened and you will not find a better group of trainers. These guys are the real deal! They are super passionate about their craft, love making a positive impact on someone’s overall health, and reinforcing one’s well being. If you are a young athlete that’s wants to improve in any area or someone that cares deeply about your health, these are the guys that are going to be the perfect fit for you! I’ve been training with David Loman since freshman year of high school and I can confidently say that his ways are proven effective! I still work with him as a collegiate athlete as I continue to elevate my game on and off the field.
