We've been trying to cancel a membership here for over 4 months now. It's always the same "The manager will have to call you back." These people are very unprofessional, and hold no regards towards customer service unless you are signing a membership activation form. Don't do business here. Planet fitness is only 5 minutes from this location fyi.

Not a place to get a good workout. Way too many people holding up equipment while playing on their phones. Talked to the employees numerous times about this issue, seems to be welcome behavior. I refuse to pay for a membership to waist my value time. Seriously, there really needs to be a policy against that kind of behavior in that gym. It is way out of control. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!!!

I have been a member of this gym for over four and a half years. I workout three to four times a week and the 24/7 hour access is extremely important to me because I work in the sales industry and therefore work long and odd hours. I have recently begun working out with Ian Scott and he has put together fantastic workouts that are challenging and extremely effective. The facility is always clean and the atmosphere is such that people are not afraid to workout and make decisions to be healthier. I recommend this gym for anyone.

This place is a scam!!! took 5 months worth of gym membership payments after my year was up. They did not even act like they cared one way or another that they took money from me. all they could say was "Sorry this happened we wont take any more"... DO NOT ATTEND THIS GYM!!!!!

Love the environment here. No pressure, pretty good security, and a nice choice of machinery. Not a huge gym, but for the size quite sufficient. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Jist be sure to wipe down machines before and after working out. Some members do not use sanitary supplies as they should.

The biggest thing that I love about this gym is that there's no intimidation. I've been to damn near every gym in Goldsboro and this is the gym that I felt most comfortable during a rough patch in life. The confidence I built while attending Fit 4 life was life changing. If you're looking for a gym that has a great staff, offers free classes, plenty of cardio options and free weights, and the best support system from other members then this is the place to go!

I been going to these gym 4 over a year already , the management and instructor are the sweetest people I ever met. These gym have everything I need to make make workout w\o any estress at all. I have 2 young daughter and most of the time they go with me and I don't have a problem at all cuz they have a kids room and thru a camera I can see them and keep and eye on them while I workout. I have attended to other gym's before and always wanted to try zuamba ,boot canp ,and some other classes but it was way to much 4 me . in here if u a member u can take all of the classes 4 free and they not only have zumba , and the other that I wanted to try before but they have hot hula and much more. I feel so welcome and motivated by all the people that are part of fit4life that I call here my HAPPY PLACE 😉

Best gym in the Goldsboro area! Great friendly staff who greet me when I come in/go, clean equipment with a large selection & variety. I love that all classes are included with the membership.There is a kids room also. They offer a free personal training session when you start, so I tell all my friends who are new to the gym to take advantage of that!
