About the Club

At FITFAST20 we offer EMS training and 3D Health Scans. Our 20-minute training sessions are always conducted with a certified trainer. People of all age groups and fitness levels can train with EMS.
Knowing how difficult it can be to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle, especially with a busy schedule, we offer a unique training method that will help you reach your goals with minimum time investment.
EMS-Training is designed as full body personal training and as such promotes weight loss, increases physical strength, stimulates muscle growth, and improves sports performance. The workout can be adapted to numerous training goals and FITFAST20 is dedicated to assisting you in reaching these goals.

FitFast20 might be my #1 favorite thing in life! It’s such a treat and has made such an incredible impact on my strength, noticeable in surprising mom moments like squatting to help tie shoes, or potty time, it’s helped me tone, when just looking at my arms blow drying my hair I was shocked to see such muscle definition. It’s only 20 MINS a week!! I can’t rave more about it this workout. It’s a cannot miss opportunity to really change your life. I’m so thankful!! Kids call it my ninja workout. ; )

I've just finished my 10 sessions and re-upped my membership to once a week for 6 months. I'm in my 60's, I spend a lot of time in the outdoors, hiking, wade fishing, pulling heavy loads. I have definitely increased my leg strength and balance. The people there are just awesome, nice and know what they're doing. The 20 minutes flies by. Highly recommended.

I had a fairly severe shoulder injury in Feb of 2022. After surgery, subsequent physical therapy and conventional strength training, my shoulder was still not 100%- not even close actually. A friend told me about FitFast, so I decided to give it a try. The results have been fabulous. My shoulder is “back” and feeling great. I absolutely believe the muscular strength I have gained from EMS is exactly why my shoulder feels so much better and my function is back to normal. I am generally more toned and have lost some weight and inches. The trainers are knowledgeable and a lot of fun! It is actually a weight training regimen I don’t dread! Give FitFast20 a whirl if you are even remotely considering it!

A patient of mine told me about the success she was having with FitFast20 regarding her joint health and weight loss and being the curious person I am just had to check it out and I’m glad I did. After my consult and trial workout I decided to add this to my existing workout rotation. The results have been nothing short of incredible. My shoulder mobility has dramatically increased and the pain in that shoulder and my left knee have drastically decreased. On top of that I’ve lost 12+ total inches (3” in the waist) and 18lbs in 3 months. The trainers are amazing and very encouraging. I’m glad I found this place. I was hesitant and a little skeptical about getting in a six hour workout in 20 minutes but heard from a couple of friends how great it was and thought I’d try it. My first free workout trial was fantastic and it felt like it really worked. I love the staff, they are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and were patient with me as I got comfortable and familiar with this new process. it’s been almost 5 weeks and I am so excited about the incredible results I have seen and the time I have saved during my work week getting my workout in.

I went for my first workout yesterday and was very impressed with the entire experience. The studio is spotless, the staff is very welcoming and professional and the workout was super cool! I went in with an open mind since it isn’t a traditional workout amd didn’t know what to expect but once it was over I was amazed and it’s been 24hrs since my workout and I’m so sore but in a good way! Highly recommend!

Going to the gym and exercising regularly just never was for me. But I needed to do something to gain strength and help with my back pain, so when I heard about EMS training, I gave it a try. I’m doing one 20 min session per week since beginning of January, and I’m seeing a huge difference in my overall strength. I’ve been working on some balance issues with my trainer, and this already helped improving my back pain. The facility has a very clean& modern look, not your typical gym, and it’s definitely not your typical strength training. I’m glad this place opened in my area!

EMS works people! I work out regularly at the gym and at home, kickboxing, strength classes, yoga, running, but no workout ever worked my muscles as intensely as EMS. It is fast, super effective and fun thanks to an amazing and extremely professional staff at FitFast20! During my first session that took ~ 25min (5min intro + 20min workout) I worked out my entire body, 90% of my muscle groups, and was feeling results (good soreness) for 3 days. The workout was not hard, extremely manageable, and skillfully coordinated by great coach Ana. I am completely hooked and will be back for more!
This is great option for anyone with busy schedule who does not have time to spend hours in a gym!

The staff is amazing and I love the facility. In addition, this is a great compliment to my other physical activities. It is gentle on joints and bones yet physically challenging. I enjoy it more and more every time I do it! The best part is I am in and out in 20mins yet I have have worked over 90% of my muscles!

What's not to LOVE about a 20 minute workout? It's mind boggling how effective it is. After just a few visits, I am feeling stronger.

The staff is super professional, very encouraging and one staff member goes through the motions of the work out with you. This is awesome. Love the encouragement through the 20 minutes.

The exercises are really just motions you do while the technology is stimulating your muscles. I think it would be boring if you just stood there for 20 minutes not doing anything. They change up the exercises every time you go so that keeps it fun and interesting.

I went on a 5 mile walk and was so surprised how easy it was to get through the walk, I wasn't tired, my muscles felt great. I did some gardening and I felt stronger, lifting the heavy bags of soils seemed easier.

Lastly - the owners are sticklers for cleanliness, so I didn't worry about germs or sweat from other clients. Everything is SO clean & sanitized.

I highly recommend. At least check it out. I really didn't believe it until I tried it myself and now I'm hooked.
