Fantastic gym inside and out. Staff are very kind, knowledgeable, and quick. They also foster a very healthy gym environment. You will almost be guaranteed to find a friend here.

Solid amount of good gym equipment, sauna, protein smoothies if you want them, and a fully accessible gym, 24/7. It usually only gets busy during the week right after work (after 5).

Trust me - if you live close and want to get in shape, this gym is the best gym I’ve ever been to for zero judgment, a warm and welcoming environment, general fitness knowledge, and everything in between, bar none.

Overall good gym besides a few things, it’s always way too cold in this gym which could risk injury. Right now it’s in the teens outside and for some reason every single fan in here is full blast. It’s been mentioned multiple times to staff by plenty of others about the coldness and it’s never been addressed besides maybe cutting a singular fan off here and there. The music is very hit or miss, there is never a happy medium it’s usually just awful pop music that’s not really fitting for the setting. Criticism seems to never be put into consideration unless you’re just one certain special member that’s not even a member here anymore.

Judgmental environment, with little to no knowledge about their equipment. Very small gym. Their staff is non-existent. They are heavily involved in religious affairs that cross over into political matters. All their personal beliefs are posted on their road sign and gym windows, as well as mirrors and walls inside the gym. They post Bible verses that are textually incorrect. They chastise women for “tempting” married men by posting signs on their bathroom stalls. Canceling membership with them is nearly impossible. Etc., etc., etc. Absolutely would not recommend this gym for anyone that isn’t already a member, or wants a gym to just be healthier mentally and physically.

I've had memberships at multiple gyms because I like to switch up where I workout. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. BY FAR. Cancelation is an absolute nightmare and it is intended to be that way. Never had this issue anywhere else.

Enjoyed working out here until I tried to cancel my membership. I mailed the letter to the PO Box and 30 days later, they are still charging my card for the monthly fees. I even sent a message to their FB page and even though they read it, they did not even respond. I canceled my memberships here only due to the fact that there wasn’t any room in this building you couldn’t ever get on the squat rack due to some high school kid and his girlfriend sitting on the equipment but not willing to use it. This place suck. I am a full time employee and I go to school part time after working 10 hour days and have no time to go, so I try to cancel but no. I sent their “letter” which they require for you to cancel your membership in February and the call me April 20th saying I owe an outstanding balance when it’s been canceled for 2 months. So I ride to the place and explain my situation and they tell me they see it’s canceled and I have nothing to worry about. Well today what do you know I get a phone call from their bill collectors saying I owe them money and when I tell them I went up and spoke with them face to face they say I need to speak with a manager so what do I do I call and of coarse no managers but an employee did tell me that they could see my membership was indeed canceled and that I have nothin to worry about so now I’m confused and of coarse you can’t call the bill collectors back so all in all if I could give this place a zero I would.!!😡

You can forget about canceling you membership easily.

I followed all steps to cancel my membership after my 1 year membership was up, which required sending a letter to some PO box in pilot 30 days before your membership ended and they are still trying to charge me for an additional month plus fees since I got a new card and they couldn't charge my card.

I would give this gym a higher rating if I didn't have to deal with this headache of simply canceling. Any time I call I am told to write a letter to the PO box over it, and any time the company who collects their membership fees calls over these charges I am told to call a club manager. However there is NO number for a club manager.

To me this type of business is enough to ruin a company. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone.

Have not been in for probably 18 months or so. My membership was on month to month draft, no contract. I honestly forgot about it. My debit card number changed and their charge did not go threw. I got a letter from the billing company with an additional fee of $19.99 for the card not going threw. No call saying hey what happened just a letter with an additional fee. Went by on 11/30/2016 to pay them and cancel my membership. I was told that in order to cancel my membership I have to physically write and mail a letter to some PO box in pilot. Then I was told that I had to update my payment information because they require a 35 day notice to cancel a membership and I would be charged for an additional month and if the dates fall right i will be charged for 2 more month. When i ask to speak to an owner she said we don't give out their information. I said can you have them call me and that was basically ignored. There is no email or phone number to even contact anyone other than whoever is running the counter. The lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous! I have been paying you for over a year without using your services (which is my fault) and when I come in to cancel you say well we are gonna stick you one more time maybe two just because that's our policy. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Never will I ever recommend this gym to anyone. Besides the fact that the customer service sucks and they use shady dishonest polices to charge you more money, Its small and over crowded!

Clickyness, small space, very busy at 5-7pm, groups of 6 are very loud and obnoxious, extreme contract with tons of fees and very expensive for old equipment, "personal trainers" - I never used but I seen them give people exercises and walk away- roll eyes, equipment replacement fees haven't bought new equipment in years from my estimation, small sauna, bathrooms usually clean, trashy "YouTube" room .. If you're a muscle head you'd like it. If you're older or out of shape you'll feel out of place. Machines that require weird movements are in middle of floor making it feel uncomfortable .. Do pull ups you're all up in treadmill runners grills.. Just an odd cheap place .. Needs to be bigger and less clicky. Buying weights for home and doc note to cancel.

Join them and try cancelling your membership because you are moving....they will only give you an address to send a letter by USPS and want ample proof that you are moving out of the area like lease agreements and utility bills from new place as if any of that is their business....the gym staff are the least bit interested in helping you and there is no main office to contact. The website they use is for Clemmons location who claims they are not affiliated with the King location...CLASSY!!! So why can't you just simply ask to cancel your membership and be done with it....if they advertise no long-term contracts...this is 100% BULLS%&#%!!!
