I started off just going part time to this gym, because it was convenient, however, I’ve recently switched to this gym full time over my last one, and here’s why. The staff is great, but more specifically Ashley is easily one of the best team members at Fitness Connection. Every time I walk in, she’s welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Whether it’s answering questions about equipment, or just boosting the energy in the gym, she consistently goes above and beyond. She really makes the whole gym process fun and worth going daily to complete my goals 💪🏻. You really don’t see that in gyms anymore.

Speaking of the equipment, the equipment here is solid as well. There was a bit of a learning curve when I first started, but now that I’ve figured everything out, I really appreciate that they offer machines and options other gyms usually don’t — it makes targeting different muscle groups a lot easier.

I highly recommend checking this place out, and if you ever need anything or just want to experience the gym the way it should be, talk to Ashley!

This gym sucks. The best part about it is the women that come in here. They just be standing around in the way and not really working out best and the worst part. But since they wanna keep trying to charge my card after I’ve already canceled they get one star. And honestly this gym has nothing in it. Their best amenity is a basketball court. It’s nothing like crunch gym crunch is a 100% better gym. I would suggest going there.

I really like this gym it’s clean, has great equipment, and the staff are always kind. The only issue I’ve noticed is that there’s a member who brings his own speakers and plays music very loudly. It can be hard to focus or hear my own headphones during my workout. I’d really appreciate if the staff could remind members to keep personal music at a respectful volume so everyone can enjoy their time here.

The women workout area is ideal for those that are starting out and who’s self conscious. Frank was very knowledgeable about the needs of your goals that you want to accomplish. I terminated my contract with FC today after 10 years. I brought my niece as my guest and my two nephews, who are interested in obtaining a membership here. The service at the front desk was unacceptable. The two staff members were poorly trained in customer care and treated us like trash, assuming we were only trying to use a day pass. Gavin, one of the associates, attempted to verify their IDs and explained the policies regarding my 17-year-old nephew. However, his explanations contradicted the information on the website, as well as the policies regarding guest waivers and liability for injuries. We made it clear that we can assume the risks and we didn't want to access the basketball court and the pickleball section. They stated that a 17-year-old could enter only if they paid for a day pass or a membership and continue explaining the nonsense over and over. After escalating the issue, Gavin offered us the option to work out while "assuming the risk". This could have been communicated from the beginning to avoid unnecessary confusion, retaliation and wasted time. We rejected his proposal because I believe the policies are enforced poorly and that the staff is particularly rude to certain groups of people. I will never return to this place, and I firmly hope this business faces bankruptcy in the near future.
