I’ve been a member at the Hankins Rd location since 2015, and I’m extremely disappointed with the level of maintenance and attention at this gym. Equipment has been broken for weeks—sometimes months—without repair, and there are currently three TVs that have been out of order for a long time. Despite paying a monthly fee, members are left with substandard facilities and no communication or updates from management. It feels like customer concerns are ignored, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Seems like management has forgotten about this location or there are plans to close it based on the lack of service provided.

The showers are not clean. The showers are not new. I come here three times a week and the same dirt and grime are there everyday. Really rethinking my membership. The staff is great, Teddy especially, but they need a clean and properly working environment to match. Cleanliness keeps the members’ health in tip top shape, just like their fitness.

I went here for 4 years with few problems. The tall, bald, skinny, dark skinned trainer there is very disrespectful. He was working with a client so I walked to the opposite side of the green and began my stationary workout. He then walks over and stands next to my weights. I do another set next to him. He then asks me to move. We then got into it because I’m not some little boy you can push around. I pay to be here. The place I pay pays you! Do better and respect people’s space. It’s not the first time he’s done it either I just didn’t say anything last time.

When I signed up online it said it was a 24 hour gym. Lied. Its not. I work most of the hours they are open And when I do go it’s so packed that I can’t use ANY equipment. Not worth the money and now I’m stuck with a 12 month commitment to this gym that I can’t even use.
