I am member only for the group classes.
Even though in general are good, the manager of the instructors does a very bad job.
The addition of classes seems very random ( in terms of the kind of class, days and times), and the updating of cancelation of classes is bad.

The front desk and office staff were polite and kind. But I was surprised that the day pass was $50. Then the gentleman tried to sell me on a 12 month gym membership which doesn’t make sense because 1.) that’s not what I came in there for and 2.) I don’t live in Fayetteville so signing up with this gym as my home location doesn’t make sense. And I don’t have a FC close to my actual home.
This is clearly a policy set by this particular franchise because out of curiosity I called another location in NC and their day pass cost was $25. To each their own, but it’s such a strange business decision to have visiting individuals pay 2-3 times competitors and other FC locations or have them join. Why would any join when they don’t live there? You’ll get more business from a day pass than from membership conversions with visitors. Unless this gym’s goal is to deter them from coming. I’m not sure. But I know I won’t ever try to return to this location when I visit family.

I truly enjoy this gym. Cindy is an amazing BodyPump instructor who brings incredible energy, perfect cues, and motivation that pushes you to lift heavier and feel stronger every class. And Jalamair's Zumba class is pure joy. Her choreography, music, and positive vibes make every session feel like a party while still giving you a killer workout.
If you want fun, challenging classes with instructors who genuinely care and know their stuff, check out Cindy's and Jalamair's classes! The only complaint have that they don't teach more!!!

On god this is the best gym I’ve ever been to, the staff are so unbelievably helpful and beyond informative. Shout out and massive kudos to Kyron, Jordi, and Josh.
