Iβve been training with AJ for the past few months and I couldnβt be happier. This is the first time Iβve actually stuck to personal training and I am so glad I found her. She has great insight on how to train especially if you have a history of injury. She knows how to work with women and our cycles, even the supplements sheβs recommended have made a huge difference already. Iβm making great progress without burning out, which is actually helping me stay more consistent. 10/10 would recommend!
