Erica knows exactly what she's doing I had one training session and I feel so good I feel every spot she worked on me from the 30 minute session the day after so unreal. This review is long overdue! I started working out at Fitness Forward back in August. At that time I started with a 1-2 times a week 30min partner training with Erica. Since then I have increased/progressed to now taking 3 1hr circuit strength training classes and a one hour partner training a week! I have been in class or trained with Erica, Audrey, Rob and Sara and can honestly say that they are all equally amazing trainers (not to mention great people)! FF is a HUGE part of my healthy new lifestyle and I am so grateful for the support, friendships and motivation I have found there!!! They meet you where you are, are welcoming, knowledgeable and supportive of your goals. I highly recommend!!!

I started seeing posts on Facebook for Fitness Forward Training and wondered what it’d be like, and where in Leland it was. I stopped at the veterinarian one day, and there was the gym across the street! I had no courage to just walk in. I reached out to Audrey on messenger and said it’s time. She quickly set up in person meeting and I met with Rob, one of the trainers. Rob answered all my questions and gave me a quick fitness evaluation.
As soon as I walked in the door I felt at home. Everyone is friendly, folks know each other’s names, and the workouts are highly personalized. Rob focuses on me during our sessions, keeps me accountable, and pays attention to my progress and how my muscles respond to workouts. My progress has been amazing and I love my Fitness Forward Training friends Rob and Audrey!

If you’re looking for a gym with muscle bound men working on their six pack abs, this is not the place for you. If you want to strengthen your core and get or stay in shape for your health and longevity, you’ve come to the right place. Audrey, Rob and Erica are wonderful to work with. Fast forward- A year and a half and we’re still going strong! Clothes fit much better and my aches and pains are virtually gone. I’m truly an Audrey addict. Love, love, love.

I love Audrey! I reached a breaking point last year where I was done feeling sluggish and out of shape. Fast forward 6 months of working with Audrey and she has molded me into a better (and younger feeling) version of myself. Over the years, I've had numerous gym memberships and every time, I stop going after the first month or two but continue paying ridiculous monthly fees. Fitness Forward meets my needs perfectly! I’ve been working out with Audrey since October 2020 and I’m amazed at how I still continue to improve. I’m stronger and healthier and love having Audrey as my personal trainer. Btw- I had never exercised prior! I love our workouts as every session we are working on different body parts with so many unique exercises!! Every session is totally different. I have been training with Audrey for nearly 4 months and it's one of the best decisions I have made this year. Audrey is very supportive and has designed my workouts to meet my body where it's at. She is inspiring and motivating and focussed on me alone during our training session. The gym is immaculate and well equipped. Regularly scheduled training dates keep me on target to get to the gym as I'm less likely to skip a much-needed workout. I feel stronger while losing weight and have definitely improved some balance issues. This is my first time using a personal trainer and Audrey has made this an enjoyable experience!

I began my strength training journey at Fitness Forward Training in January 2024, and I was terrified. Other than walking, I hadn’t done much in terms of exercise, and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Let me tell you, I was welcomed with open arms by the other class attendees and trainers. I’ve taken strong and fit (my fave class), boxing, Pilates and yoga. There are tons of class options and times for all fitness levels. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful, and they offer modifications when needed. The fitness center itself is in a great location with ample parking, and it’s new. There are several pieces of cardio and strength training equipment. There’s a family-like atmosphere and we all support each other, laugh and sing during class, so the hour flies by. Audrey gives me the tools and methods to push myself, and in just 4 short months, I’m already seeing and feeling results. I can’t imagine my life without it! As a parting gift/thank you, every time we walk out after a session, we’re offered a protein shake or bar. I highly recommend investing in your physical and mental health and giving Fitness Forward Training a try!

Fitness forward is my favorite workout. Audrey and team work the whole body, in a short interval, this workout comes with the highest results. Audrey is the first personal trainer I have gone to that truly customizes your workout to your needs-she isn’t afraid to push “your perception” of your capabilities either! I recently started training with Audrey. I've experience with a number of trainers over the years, as I am of the silver-haired gen. I found Audrey quite by accident and oh my I'm so happy I did! She is an inspired trainer; empathetic yet firm, creative and challenging and treats you as if you are the only person she trains. You have her complete attention during your session. She remembers your concerns, works with them and challenges you to keep improving. Audrey is a wonderful communicator and sends session reminder texts which keeps everyone "honest". Whether you are a gym-rat or gym-adverse, Audrey is adaptable, inspiring and encouraging. She will help you feel better and keep moving.

I was introduced to FFT and Audrey after my wife started a new training program. I met Rob and decided it was time for me to get back into weekly training (after having failed to keep myself sufficiently motivated to regularly work out.) Rob has taken time to figure out how he can help me build mobility and strength. He creates workouts that push me to develop both. I'm fairly new to the area and had fallen out of the habit of weight training on a regular basis until I started working out with Audrey about four months ago. Much like many other people - I only half- heartedly like to work out ;) I know it is good for me...I know the results are amazing, but if I could snap my fingers and have the body I had at 24, I'd do it!
Until now.
Working with Audrey as my trainer has inspired me to continue to reach my goals and most importantly - what a great way to incorporate "me time" into my day. We are all pulled in different directions - our jobs, our kids, our family and our various obligations. Set some time during the day just for you - an investment in yourself.
