When I first started going to this gym, I was super nervous. FlexAppeal is smaller than most gyms in town and it seems like a gym for “pros” only. I was completely wrong!! The staff is so friendly and helpful! They have helped me so many times with so many different exercises! George (the owner) looks very serious, but he is super kind and will go out of his way to teach you the proper form.

They have a variety of machines and lots of free weights! There’s also a space for stretching and doing more sport specific stuff. They also sell different snacks/drinks!

I am super happy with my experience at this gym! :)

Quite easily the best gym experience I’ve ever had. Intelligent trainers, community-based mindset, and no shortage of hard-working and motivated individuals that make you want to show up and put in your best effort every time. The owner will also always make you feel welcome and the pricing is very straight forward.

Post your STAFFED hours so people don’t show up for nothing. In response to your review, you assume everyone has an instagram, I don’t. Literally ALL gyms in Pitt seem to have 24/7 access as well as posted staffed hours easily accessible when doing a google search or on their website. Don’t worry Champions was amazing, where I actually trained instead of taking selfies for my instagram that you assumed I had.

Great clean environment. To add. This is an open and friendly establishment that welcomes students, first responders, and military. The environment is super friendly and the staff also takes their time to ensure safety and cleanliness. I’ve been to plenty of gyms in Greenville during my 4 years here and have had no issues at all. I recommend college students to look into their prepaid program which they discount your one time payment for the entire semester. Very well worth the price.

In a word horrible, They play vulgar music. They told me I wouldn't be charged monthly on my card, was did get charged. (I have a witness) I was told I was getting a refund. Instead of getting a refund they charge me for another month. Highly arrogant owner. Highly not recommended.

Tried to cancel my membership back in September and an employee only temporarily canceled it and I didn’t notice untile 6 months later when I was still being charged. Was obviously very upset and reached out to them but a manager got back to me, assured my the membership was permanently canceled this time and even took the time to go back and refund the months that I was wrongly charged for. While at first I was very upset, the employees were super apologetic of the mistake and corrected it. On top of that, the gym and the equipment is all super nice, and the posing room is awesome. Overall great experience.

Flex Appeal is a great place to workout! Lots of equipment to meet all your needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner , George is great and always willing to help show you the right way to use the equipment. He’s also one of the best personal trainers I know!

Yeah so the boss George is absolutely amazing and is always willing to help, tons of machines, space, equipment is very prestine and exquisite. I love this place, I feel I have the best gym membership in the city at this place, my only complaint is I wish we were 24/7, but i left my old gym with no hesitation when I visited Flex Appeal and I would do it again. Join this gym seriously

The BEST GYM I HAVE EVER PATRONIZED!!! George is hands down the best. Very personable, upbeat, always in a good mood and actually talks to his members. I LOVE this place..I have never been motivated to go to a gym EXCEPT now!! The plus is that it is in a great location on the side of town where it is not many gyms!If you are on the fence with joining..DO IT NOW!
