This place is a really good place to work out especially if you are just starting off and if you're worried about people judging you you will not worry about that here people are willing to help if you need it the place is well maintained clean always has the towel to wipe off the machines after you're done working out everything is in place and easy to work around in the girl that's in there always keeps this place clean and neat always welcomes everybody as you come in the door you don't have to worry about unwanted people coming in the gym the bathrooms and the change of room are always clean there's a place to get a shower as well if you need to and the gym is open 24/7 which is always a good thing for people who work late at night for the money it's worth it

Wish i could rate it lower, been going for about 7 months now everything going till the main worker at the gym was let off and another women came in to take over straight up terminated my gym membership third day of her working there and the funny thing is i had a one year member ship, the equipment is horrible the walls are falling apart, if ur looking for a gym thats not gonna rip u off i suggest going somewhere else because this gym is not what it once to be!

Great price for membership, even better for Law enforcement and First responders and Military. Can cancel anytime. No contracts! Could use some updating but overall being able to go whenever you want is a bonus! Can workout at 2pm or 2am, doesn't matter. Has a security door and cameras all over the inside!

Those gym has everything you need to get in shape!! There are multiple treadmills, benches with weights, two cable machines, and even tanning beds. The owner has been certified as a personal trainer, and is very helpful with any questions you may have. Also, prices are kept low, and discounts are available for military and public safety. With all of this in consideration, the best part is the 24 hour availability, which is wonderful for night owls just like me.
