Pilates at FLOWCORPS has been the best core strengthening program! The coaches are great, fun playlists, and focus on proper technique. I am slimmer and stronger than I e ever been at 46yrs of age.

I had a fantastic workout at FlowCorps. I had my 1st visit and it was amazing. The wonderful instructor Emma Helton was super helpful throughout my initial visit. Offering options while I get acclimated. The facility is very modern and has a cool factor! Music was motivating and helps to flow through the movements.

I’ve really enjoyed their reformer Pilates classes. The coaches are helpful and encouraging. The classes are quite tough for a novice but I can tell improvement will come with consistency. Kyle the manager is very nice when approached for any concerns or questions. Equipment is clean and in good working condition. Bathrooms are clean, though only one shower which can get tricky if multiple clients want to use it. Shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and there are cotton swabs and spray deodorant available. The towels are not always stocked in the bathroom so important to double check. Otherwise great experience!

Stopped in for a TreadX class while visiting Chapel Hill - so glad I did!! Nicole was a fantastic, encouraging instructor and I loved her energy. This class was challenging + exciting, and I’m already looking for a reason to come back to Chapel Hill so I can take another!

I’ve been coming to FlowCorps for just over a month now, and I’m hooked. All the instructors I’ve tried have been great. I consistently get my butt kicked, but in the best way. I really appreciate the number of classes they offer each day—makes it easy to get in a workout even when my schedule changes.
I do think having done many reformer Pilates classes in the past has helped me. While I appreciate the fast-paced nature of the classes, I could imagine being a little overwhelmed if this were my first experience with a reformer/x-former. If you’re new, definitely get there early for a rundown of the machine/class structure.

I’ve been going to FlowCorps for about 6 months and have loved it! I reached out to them when I got pregnant to see if I could still come and they made a point of teaching me modifications and planning classes I could comfortably do. I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while, but today was an especially great class, so I felt it was time to share with the world. There is a new medspa going in a couple doors down and during class, the contractors accidentally did something that messed with the electricity of the building. The music shut off and alarms flashed. After making sure it wasn’t an emergency to evacuate, Kyle, the instructor dashed out to notified the contractors and kept the class going without even 30 seconds hesitation… including telling us how to do the exercises, playing music on his phone and singing to it to keep us motivated while simultaneously cracking jokes and contacting the business owner to see how to reset the stereo. If it were me, I would’ve been a little bit flustered, but Kyle just did his best to still give us a hard workout, and I’m so tired that all I can do is sit in my car and write a good review so others know.

So happy I've found FlowCorps! I'm a self conscious plus size woman who is active but was still concerned about feeling uncomfortable or out of place in a Pilates studio. I was so happy to discover the welcoming and inclusive vibe at FlowCorps. I've never once been made to feel out of place or unwelcome to classes. All of the instructors I've taken classes with have had such great positive energy and zero judgement. I love how they accept everybody and where they are at that day, meaning if you can do the full expression great, but if you need to modify, that's great too. Even with modifications these classes are no joke. The 45 minute classes fly by, I'm never bored & always work up a sweat. I loved the classes so much I brought my husband to one, he loved it and is now a member too!

What a fabulous workout! I was looking for something new - lower impact, but high intensity. So, I saw an ad on Instagram for FlowCorps and was intrigued. I’ve never tried Pilates in my life (except home videos). Right now I’m on a two-week trial of classes. First class:
1. The instructor, Kyle, was super friendly and also very encouraging (as a newbie, that was important because my lack of coordination could be a bit frustrating). Very fun class! I’ve never used a reformer before - but I didn’t feel intimidated!
2. I lift weights/run about 4-5 days per week. I know my trouble zone is my core. I found this workout really dug in to my struggle zones (core, glutes) effectively. I am a bit sore the following day, but in a way that I KNOW I got a great workout. I was not exhausted after the workout - I felt more energized, but definitely sweaty, and GREAT overall.
3. I look forward to going back and trying out more classes.

I have gone to a lot of different workout studios in the area but I have found a permanent home at FlowCORPS. The workouts at FlowCORP have changed my body. It is a fast paced, intense 45 minutes of Pilates that I actually look forward to. I can't say that I have ever looked forward to a workout class as much.

Only workout I’ve ever looked forward to and not at least somewhat dreaded on my way there. Amazing instructors, great vibe to the studio, well worth it for this postpartum mama trying to build core strength back. Definitely recommend!

I truly enjoy working out here! It’s funny now how during my first visit, I told myself I wouldn’t be coming back. It wasn’t because of the trainer or the studio itself, it was mostly because I struggled getting through the workout. I had to lie in supine position twice just to gather myself. I believe my body was just in shock because the workout was not at all what I was expecting. I was accustomed to mat pilates but pilates on the Xformer is serious business! Now, I’m glad I gave FlowCorps another try! Every time I leave, my mind feels clear and my body feels relaxed. I simply cannot get enough of this place! Thanks for bringing FlowCorps to Chapel Hill!
