Not enough good things that I can say about this studio. As a Pilates instructor myself I was super surprised with how amazing the three classes I did was. I don’t live in the US but everytime I am back in Charlotte this studio will definitely be my go to to have my Pilates workout. Good music good coaching good correction perfect connection with the students and the level of the class definitely match the level of the students in class. Congratulations and keep up the good work. I’ll see you soon!

As a beginner on the reformer, it was really important for me to find a studio where the instructors can be hands-on to reassure that my form is correct and I won't get hurt. FlowCorps exceeded all my expectations. I've been to other reformer studios, and I haven't found instructors that have been as helpful and hands-on as the girls here. They're always so encouraging and I appreciate the length and structure of every class. Can't recommend enough!

The place is very good, but the schedule is not. The last morning class is at 8am and then you have to wait until 12pm for the next. There needs to be something in between like a 10 or 10:30AM for those of us that are home during the week like other barre and pilates studios have.

I found FlowCorps while navigating chronic pain and recovering from a back injury. Feeling stronger and more comfortable in my body than I have in years. The 45 minute classes work well for my schedule and are the right amount of challenge to strengthen my core (and other muscles) to better support my body. After 2 months of regular classes, I’m experiencing less pain, better sleep, more energy, and feel stronger. All of the instructors are incredible with hands on adjustments, upbeat energy, and personalized encouragement throughout class. Special shout out to Medley who has helped me build confidence on the reformer by providing individualized feedback and motivation during class. Her positive coaching has helped me push past my own limitations. I’m so grateful for the entire staff at FlowCorps - every instructor has met me right where I’m at each class. Can’t recommend enough!
