FlowCorps is Raleigh’s premier, locally-owned Pilates fitness destination, where all people are welcomed as they are and leave transformed through their own sweat and dedication.

Our innovative 45 & 60 minute full-body high-intensity pilates workouts maximize results through intentional, low(er)-impact movement under continuous tension, leading to stronger, longer, leaner bodies.

This was my first Pilates class, and I was a little nervous walking in, thinking I might be lost. I came in early, and the instructor was absolutely amazing — she took the time to educate me on the equipment, explained some exercise, and even demonstrated the more challenging moves so I felt confident before we started.

During class, she gave clear verbal cues, demonstrated everything, and made sure to check in and stay nearby when things got more challenging. I felt so comfortable and supported the entire time, and it ended up being a fantastic workout! I left feeling stronger, confident, and excited to come back.

Highly recommend this class — especially if you’re new to Pilates!

I've been throughly enjoying my sessions at this studio, today was particularly the icing on the cake. I enjoyed my 8:30 am class with Alex St Clair, she played a hyped up music playlist with some of my favorite hip hop artists which is rare in Pilates classes in the area. Saddened to hear she's mainly based in Durham, but because of today - I'll be a regular at the Raleigh location and following her course schedule as I can in Durham. I love flow corps!

Yoga with so fun - the perfect heat paired with the perfect flow was a great way to wind down on a weekday evening.

The only thing is the staff weren’t super welcoming - didn’t get any introduction and I felt ignored throughout the entire time. Would definitely try it again though.

I LOVE FlowCorps!! It’s such a great total body workout. I always leave class feeling like I’ve worked really hard and I love how sore I am the next day. I really appreciate the variety of muscle groups worked every class - it’s fast-paced with great music that makes the time fly by. All of the instructors I’ve met have been friendly & helpful with modifications, questions or corrections. I highly recommend their reformer classes if you want to work your whole body really efficiently and in a fun, upbeat environment. I’m always telling people about FlowCorps and encouraging them to try it with me.

I attended 2 classes at this location. The classes were challenging but fun, the other attendees were also friendly.

My only quip is that I dont feel this studio caters to complete beginners very well. I made sure to have a conversation with the instructors when I arrived to explain that I'm new and to get situated. Both instructors were a little awkward but helped me get set up.

When the class actually started, I felt on my own. As a complete beginner I didn't know what certain terms meant and the instructors didn't come around much to check on me, it was difficult to get their attention. Once, one of the instructors saw I had the wrong cables on and fixed it for me, which is when I realized how dangerous this can be when you don't know whats going on.

This learning curve paired with the endless wait lists for most class times led me to find other studios, but I'm grateful I tried here twice!

I’ve tried all the Pilates studios nearby, FlowCorps is by far my favorite. I love the instructional style of the class that makes it fun but challenging. My current favorite instructors are Timmons and Nicole Hanna, I highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve been going to flowcorps since 2019. When people i know complain that they have a weak core, I can’t relate.

I’ve had back issues in the past and flowcorps has never bothered my back and I haven’t had any issues in the past few years so I think I’ve made it stronger.

One of the kindest pilates studios ever i’ve been to! They’re extremely helpful for beginners and encourage modifications as needed. I especially loved Jenna’s and Erica’s class in the downtown location! I’d recommend flowcorps to anyone looking for an encouraging space for pilates (or yoga)!!

Friendly staff! Less intense than other lagree/slt-inspired megaformer classes, but more consistent and varied use of bands, balls, weights, etc. Can see it's more of a pilates inspiration in that sense. Great workout, recommend this studio!

I've been consistently going to Corps45 classes at Flowcorps for a year now and highly recommend it! With two young kids and a full-time job, it was challenging to find an exercise routine that fit my lifestyle. Flowcorps fits the bill and more with a convenient schedule, amazing instructors, welcoming environment, and super effective workout. Don't be intimidated by the xformer. Your instructor will guide you through it to the point where you'll be confident in making modifications and leveling up in no time!

The studio itself is high end, cute with plenty of parking. They use actual reformer machines and instructors are very friendly with unique workouts each time so you never feel bored. Their app has a pretty interface and is extremely easy to navigate to cancel/reschedule any classes.

I flip between this studio and the one in CH. I probably go to this studio once a month, but haven’t been since Easter. great instructors all around! You’ll notice certain classes will kick your butt more than others, and for me that’s the 60 minute class on Sunday with Larissa. At least she keeps things entertaining. 😂😅 everyone is very welcoming at FlowCorps. I have no regrets since becoming a member, I just wish I lived closer to one of the locations!

I joined FlowCORPS in March 2021 and am absolutely loving it! Great energy and instructors, and the studio is cozy/clean with robust cleaning protocols. FlowCorps is the best fitness studio EVER! When I went for my first class I had never done Pilates before. So I was a little intimidated - but walking in I immediately felt comfortable. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming and the instructors are very aware of your alignment and form - always suggesting corrections and modifications for different fitness levels. Flowcorps isn’t just a “pilates studio” it’s a community. I’m definitely a member for life!

This is the best Pilates studio I’ve been to! The instructors make you feel so welcomed and help guide you through the workouts. I love that they have been truly committed to helping me improve! In addition, the other class members are amazing and friendly as well! It’s a combination that’s hard to find and makes it easy to want to go into the studio for a workout! The membership benefits are also amazing from the flexibility of scheduling classes in advanced, bringing a friend for free to class, and discounts on retail items!

FlowCorps can look intimidating but just take a step inside and you realize that these trainers are friendly, intelligent, and tough to give you the best overall workout. I enjoyed the hands on adjustments because megaformers can be hard to work with. Very encouraging, upbeat music, great workout. Definitely give it a try!

Amazing community coupled with trainers who know the body and corrections to help keep you safe. I’ve been to a lot of gyms that train movement that over time may cause damage or wear and tear - FlowCORPS instructors are knowledgeable and cue the most anatomically safe movements that prevent and reverse overuse.

I could not love this place more!
The instructors are the best in town and do an incredible job of providing hands on correction and guidance. I feel like i'm in a personalized class at times.
The environment is supportive and positive, and I never hear any diet language or negative body talk used - which is super important to me as a local Dietitian who wants women and men to learn how to be healthy without shame or guilt.
And best of all, I get an incredible workout that keeps me coming back for more!

I first started at FlowCORPS after a year of troubleshooting issues with my scoliosis and lower back pain. Needless to say, it was a game changer. Nicole and the FlowCORPS team are not only friendly but extremely knowledgable on form and function of the body. It's a tough workout for all the right reasons and one of the most transformative I've experienced. Would highly recommend to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Pro Tip: come ahead and chat with an instructor if you have any areas you'd like to focus on or would like to meet the team!

I have not been able to find a place to get a great workout in without hurting my back after a bad back injury, but now I have. FlowCORPS has made it possible for me to get my sweat on and not hurt my back. It is AMAZING. All of the instructors do such a great job focusing on body alignment and target muscles I did not even know were there. I have always been athletic and love to exercise, but I am getting in my best shape here. I highly suggest trying this place out. Not only is it a great place to workout, but it has an amazing environment. FlowCORPS has a really fun community as well. I have met some really great people there! Go and try it out for yourself!
