I am so incredibly thankful for Flynn Fitness! It’s truly a wonderful place to work out—clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. They have an excellent variety of equipment, from free weights to machines, along with plenty of open space for stretching, mobility work, or whatever your workout needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the environment feels more like a community than just a gym.

One of my favorite features is the “No Bros” gym—a women-only space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. It’s such a thoughtful addition for those of us who prefer a little more privacy during workouts.

Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular, Flynn Fitness or No Bros is a place where everyone can feel comfortable and motivated!

I was a member of workout anytime for a few years; switched to Flynn’s 5 months ago- best decision I ever made! Every staff member is always so friendly, and the owner is one of the coolest people you will ever meet- who takes pride in his gym and genuinely cares about the people that have memberships. Mr. Flynn always has a smile on his face, and is never too busy to talk to anyone! Also they are currently expanding and ordering new equipment to replace the outdated machines! Could not be happier with this gym! 10/10

The cleanest gym I have ever seen, locker room and restrooms I think are cleaned every hour on the hour. Equipment top notch..
Only a few power racks, but never had to wait for one, even during rush-hour after 5 o’clock always no line for a rack and deadlifts

Was visiting the area from the UK and bought a weeks membership. Very reasonable $25, the gym has all the equipment you will need, friendly atmosphere, nice vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed my week!

Honestly love this gym. I've heard many complaints about how it's a "man's gym" but I feel much safer at this one. It does seem to be a male-dominated population, but many women work out here too.

Some of the equipment is older, but they are always making improvements and upgrades. No contracts, reasonable pricing, and the staff genuinely wants you to enjoy your time. When I joined, they quickly offered to show me the equipment, explained how to safely use everything, and gave tips to maximize my workout.

As a female, I wanted to scope out the place before joining to see if I felt safe. You can pay a week, and see what you think. My selling point is that the treadmills and elliptical are placed at the walls, so nobody can be behind you. The windows are also one-way tinted so nobody can stand outside and see you like they can at other gyms. That is exactly why I wasn't interested in Workout Anytime in Weaverville.

Take the step and try it here. There are people from all different walks of life, and it seems to be a very judgement-free zone. Great place, and wonderful team.

The best gym around. Great spread of bars and free weights, and a huge array of cable machines also. Nice lockers to rent very good prices, nutrition onsite as well as other suppliments. You can see in the picture I am showing results already in just a few months.

The owner is a personal friend and he is very professional with his clients he is an awesome trainer he has an awesome gym it's just all around a great place and environment to be in everyone's friendly there are multiple restrooms there's multiple rooms I believe there is a couple different things in there they can meet certain people's needs chiropractor there is also a place where you can get a good healthy milkshake or slushy I'm not sure I haven't ever tried one but they do have a lot of business they're very awesome as well

Fantastic place to work out. There is a ton of machines and free weights to help anyone achieve their goals. The owner is often on site and is the first with a smile and hello. Kim does a great job running the front desk and keeps everything operating efficiently. She’s also very nice and personable. I can’t imagine going anywhere else to work out. Great place to catch a workout near Asheville. I was in town for a week and had the opportunity to work out here. Great building, clean setup and wonderful equipment. Owner and employees were extremely kind and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed as a guest. Most gyms I've been to run around $30-40 per person. At Flynn, the owner said they charged $15, but on top of that, he was generous enough to allow my friend and I to grab a week-pass at $20 for the both of us combined. THE place to catch a lift.

This is an excellent place not found in the bigger areas. All the equipment was pristine all the dumbells and bars were straight. Everyone was respectful and nice. They had a drop box for paying with release forms and the amounts clearly spelled out. I travel 5000 miles per month and this was truly a rare jewel to be found on the road. Thank You Mr.Flynn!!!
