Went in to sign up and was told a price, then work was heavy and couldn't get back to the paperwork till a couple months later. When I did the get the paperwork the price had changed, but not enough to complain. Filled all the paperwork out and when to turn it and the price had changed for a 3rd time to a completely outrage price. Do yourself a favor and just avoid this place! She cannot make her mind what price she wants to charge nor can you understand her. This place is a complete joke and waste of time!

Unfortunately, this gym doesn't seem to work 😕 because despite going to the gym several days a week, these grown men are ~somehow~ not strong enough to rerack their own weight 🤔

Go somewhere else! Recently bought a 30 day tanning package for $30 at their Benson location and I regret it. They only have 2 beds; 1 traditional lay down bed and 1 stand up bed. The lay down tanning bed is cracked in the middle on the bottom (where you actually lay down) and is taped with clear tape which started peeling up when I tried to clean the bed. The stand up bed is covered in dust on the outside and the fan area at the top that blows down on you. Despite this I decided to finish out my 30 days since I had already paid for it. You can use the gym 24/7, but you can only tan during staffed hours which is Monday-Thursday 9am-8pm, Friday 9am-3pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm. The staff is needed to turn on the beds which is understandable, except for when you go during staffed hours and no one is there. Went in today to tan in the standup bed for 10 minutes (max time allowed for that bed), I got there just after lunch at 12:15, no one was on staff. There was a small note on the counter saying, “Gone after food, be back shortly.” Ok, no big deal, there’s fast food restaurants nearby so it shouldn’t take long, I’ll wait. By 1:10 no one had showed up so I left. I waited over 50 minutes to tan for 10 minutes and still didn’t get to tan!

This gym is awesome and I would definitely recommend to anyone. The manager and owner are kind and professional. The manager had time to completely explain pieces of equipment, their function and use. She was warm, open and looked like she thoroughly enjoyed helping us. This facility is clean, comfortable and inclusive. Out of the two fitness facilities in Benson this one is my favorite. The equipment was in excellent condition, however, if there was something that needed to be repaired it was fixed quickly and was working by my next visit. The equipment available is up to date and offered a complete workout of the
entire body. Unfortunately, we had some changes in our family and I was able to finish my contract with them at the end of a year with no problem. Thanks Forest Fitness!!

This gym has everything you need lots of space. And I know it can be scary to go to the gym but tbh no one gunna tell you anything where on to much caffeine to care. Overall pretty good

The gym itself is nice. My complaint is that when I signed up for a gym membership I asked if there would be a cancellation fee I was told there wouldn’t be a cancellation fee. So I thought ok great sign me up! Everything was great and then I ended up moving to a different location and was too far of a drive to go to this gym so I called and cancelled and they told me I had to pay $50 dollars to cancel and still pay for the month so I was charged for another month and then I was also charged a maintenance fee of $39. The staff did not mention anything to me about having to pay this maintenance fee and they advised me that there wouldn’t be a cancellation fee. This gym is to small to be charging what they charge. They over charge you just to cancel. It is ridiculous. If I would’ve known this beforehand I wouldn’t have signed up in the first place. So unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone comes here and I will never go there again in any other location.

This gym was GREAT until I wanted to cancel. I was told my membership was cancelled in January and my membership was good until the end of January. I was charged for February and March but they will not refund my February payment. Since I don't remember the exact date I called to cancel and they conveniently have NO RECORD of me calling.

So, not only did they make two mistakes by not communicating correctly when my membership would cancel, then by not cancelling my membership like I asked, they refuse to properly correct their mistake.

Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

A great 24/7/365 fitness club! Excellent equipment, kept in perfect working order. Exceptionally clean too!
Many people agree that Fit4Life of Benson is one of the best 24 hour fitness clubs they've ever been in! WOW!
